I fell in love with the Volkswagen ID4 and searched all the nearby dealers for my perfect car. My search led me 30 miles away from home to Bayside Volkswagen. I’m thrilled with the customer service and the exceptional experience I had. My salesperson Max is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Max worked tirelessly to make sure I have everything I needed. There’s a lot to learn switching to an all electric vehicle! All my questions were answered promptly before and after picking up my car. I recommend Max and the team at Bayside Volkswagen. I will add, after test driving other electric SUVs my ID4 was a clear standout- it’s so well made and a true joy to drive!

Came here after a number of other brand’s dealership visits and it was great. Adrian (my salesperson) was super nice and helped me navigate all the issues I had, and was helpful in helping pick a car and get it leases. Now I know why others have recommended this dealership!

Great place to buy a car.

This is my fifth time coming Bayisde VW to purchase a car for friends and family.
They always give me a good deal. I had worked with Mr. Vincent Cen for the past four times and customer service was exceptional.

This time it was Adrian, same great customer service.

Salute to my sals rep Blendi Brahimaj- Mr. calm & collected! -The dealership in its entirety were all affable and handled the business at hand correctly and swift. Paperwork was done in less than a hour. Car was in transit with a estimated arrival late august early September, however it arrived a few days later. Thanks again Bayside Blendi!!!

Wow i have never been treated so poorly at this Volkswagen ever until today. I came in to pick up my car just to feel like a mockery Giuseppe coppola i was ignored by this advisor who was supposed to help me. instead he said he is going on a test drive to his colleagues who were also confused because he had a customer waiting to pick up their car they told him.

I was there waiting on him. They told him i was there to pick up the car.
Instead of him helping me and to reassure me as his customer give me advice to what is needed for the car he ditch me to go on a drive with his friends. While giggling as if i was not there waiting at all
Service was still very open i just want to mention that.

What’s worst he told me my car would be ready by 2:00 pm and he’d call.
A call that never happened until
I decided to call by 4:30 pm
Giuseppe Coppola Should not be an advisor! He doesn’t care about his job nor the customers he serves.
Im so angry i could rant all day so much went wrong today.

Sad that his colleague had to apologize for his unprofessional behavior

Mr. Pecente was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in guiding me through questions and issues I had concerning the 2020 Passat. He certainly did contribute to my decision to purchase it.

Dropped off vehicle on a Friday morning. Was expecting to pick up that afternoon. Received a text that vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. No loaner was provided.

Peter came through for me on price. I was reluctant due to the original monthly payments and actually left to check around. The next day when I called back it was lowered and very close to what I wanted my monthly payments to be. He really made it happen for me. I am a safistied customer. Big thanks to Peter and his manager who he had to get approval from.

The best leasing experience I’ve had anywhere. Staff is so sweet and helpful and it was so easy to get the deal. I had a very good price and I love the car. Even though it took three hours one way to get there because I live on SI but it was 100% worth it. Thanks Silvano for making this so smooth!
