Great place to get your Apple products serviced. I was immediately greeted by an associate before I could fully enter the building. The associate I was working with was pleasant and friendly with me and pointed out a crack on my iPhone lens that I thought was just a scratch and told me i could get it replaced anytime. Not a bad experience here at all definitely will be going back.

Make appointment at 4 , came in at 3:51 . The person at the door say come back and check in with her in 9 min . When 4pm hit we went back to her . And she is like did u receive the text message stated they are ready for u ? But I ask , that u ask us to come back to check in with u in 9min . And all she say is yes but u will still received the message stated they are ready for u . So we were like okay , we just step to the side and wait for the text message . But to me it kind of doesn’t make sense . Because she ask us to check in after 9min . When we try to check in with her . She is like but we will still receive the text message . But if someone change their mind after and didn’t show up ? They will also receive the text message say they are ready to be serve ? We waited until 4:25pm , then we only got someone to assist us . And at the whole time we literally see 5-6 person is open to be serve . And even we are serve at 4:25. We still didn’t received the text message saying we are ready to be serve …

The best customer service I have yet to experience. I had a week of a series of unfortunate technology mishaps, and a new phone from my carrier that stopped working after 4 days. Special thanks to Nick, Ben, and Tamren for their patience, kindness, and to being so dedicated to finding a solution.

This location can get busy. I made an appointment using Apple Care and it started just about on time. The issue was resolved promptly. He went on to look into why on the product support on Apple’s website was unclear and explained everything fully in a friendly way.
I happened to overhear another customer having a broken product replaced being helped by another Apple Care person and she received equally good service.

Make an appointment if it’s a service visit and plan for at least a little wait.

Less dizzying than the Manhattan stores.

Unable to help me with my broken Mac book. Inflexible and unkind. They should be able to help you with more than one device at a time. All of the technicians are just standing around. There are few women working at the store and the male employees more tied to the systems at Apple than to actually helping their customers. The customer service severely lacks in comparison to other retailers like Nordstrom, Starbucks, or Sephora where associates are guided by interest in aiding customers, not sticking to their iPads. Whether it was just poor scheduling, not having enough available technicians, or a general unwillingness to be helpful, I would visit any other Apple store in the city before returning to the Williamsburg location.

Apple Williamsburg is particularly useless. I come for a simple screen repair and somehow end-up stuck from 10 am to 3 pm. The wait was so painful. When the phone finally came out, it still had a shattered screen because they didn't have the right parts. What's worse, they didn't have a loaner and suggested I go to a different apple store. This store does not provide the exemplary apple service you expect.

I had the pleasure of Efay (I hope I spelled her name correctly) assisting me today at the Genius Bar. She was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. She fixed my issue in a timely manner. She was professional and had tremendous customer service. Thanks Again, Efay.

I recently visited the Apple Store in Williamsburg, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist me with my needs. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I was able to find the exact product I needed and received some valuable advice on how to use it. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the Brooklyn area seeking Apple products or assistance. Exceptional service all around!

Went in earlier this year to get my laptop battery replaced. The employee quoted the battery at $200. When I went to pick it up, the total was closer to $400 as he failed to mention the labor costs associated with the repair. If that's the price the that's totally fine, but to not mention that upfront or not present the all-in cost just feels wrong. My email to the store bringing this up went unanswered. Not the quality of service I expect from Apple.

It’s a nice Apple Store, the staff are friendly & it’s clean but my main problem with it is it’s small, like unreasonably small. This is the smallest apple store in the city but overall it’s okay, just an average Apple Store in my opinion.

My personal love this location but not the service. I live in the Neiborhood but every time I go to the store, I mostly get less priority. I order online and pick up or I had a problem with the phone, the front people seem to take me not to serious. Maybe they know I will buy the stuff anyway so no need to please, I still going to be a loyal customer no matter what, poor me.

I went out of my way to this Apple Store ONLY because they use to be more accommodating than the closer store to me …. Boy, was that a mistake! The customer service Staff members working in front were generally unfriendly, rude, inconsiderate and displaying a dishonest and uncaring attitude. Since they are no longer valuing customers time and accommodating walk-ins in a pleasant hospitable manner, I definitely will not be doing business with this unprofessional location anymore.
