Hanson Place Dental

I.had a root canal done on the 8/7/2023.The dental hygienist and the Endodontist Mr.K. were very cordial, and caring. This was my second visit to the facility. I have a phobia with Dentist on the whole.I was very pleased with the treatment I received and I would recommend my family and friends to this establishment.

I'm so disappointed in Hanson Place Dental. They over schedule appointments and have you waiting for hours. They fail to thoroughly read your emails to get the full understanding or your situation. They don't follow up promptly on approvals; had me waiting almost a year for an approval that was approved 6 months ago. Their oral surgeon, root canal doctors are only in on certain days of the week or month, so if a procedure they performed causes severe pain, you're forced to wait/suffer until that doctor returns, which can be a week or a month later. Hanson Dental, you must improve on your business practices. You brag about being great, but you are failing in areas that are very important... Customer/Patient satisfaction!

Hi, four days ago, I wrote a review of this establishment. It wasn't good at all. I want to recant my review. The Administrative and I, had to clear the air of not receiving my bill. They explained to me the cost and a discount made for me around Christmas holiday. Because of all this assumption were made. Assuming can arise when their lack of communication. Eventhough, this occurred my procedure was done and what a beautiful bridge it is. Once again, I apologize to Administration for my
discrepancies.
And for every else, Don't jump the gun! Lesson learned.

Absolutely a nightmare.. I should have took a picture of the waiting room. There’s about 5 rows of seating and all were filled every single seat along with people standing. More packed than an emergency room. Never have I seen a dentistry book that way. It was ridiculous. I should have took the first red flag from the rude receptionists that usually tells you. Took me about 3 calls to book an appointment cause the lady kept picking up and hanging up while laughing with her coworkers.. once I got there I seen the 50 people wait so I asked a estimated time and the rude receptionist laughed and said give it take about 1.5-2 hours. What’s the point of even making an appointment? Lol I honestly feel like this was all an episode of punked. Go there and you’ll see what I mean … it’s scary

Avoid at all costs they are completely Unprofessional and the dentist my husband saw didn’t know what she was even talking about, it’s sketchy and probably is some type of insurance fraud going on and why they operate this way with the bizarre waiting room situation
