Good prices but little bit crowded. Also people have to do a long line to pay just for 1 or 2 items of a full car.

Even though this was my first time as an Executive member, I had very few problems finding what I wanted! This is, definitely,one of the stores to WATCH!( As in Walmart,Amazon,Target, Costco,and Home Depot.) Worth the trip!

Great bargains and not too busy. Self checkout is faster but you get harassed by the machine to move on and you still have to pack your trolley back up before you can leave the checkout.

It was good can't complain about it people that works there are very helpful

Too soon to say, their optical department is great and the optometrist is a saint.

Great service! Great prices. Wish my local COSTCO would have Blueberry Bagels, as I've seen at some other COSTCOs.

Today 08.08.23 this store makes me very sad.
I did my shopping and went to checkout to pay.
A girl named ARIANNA , worked at the cash desk and is supposed to help the customers.
I told her I’m behind the man, and now my line. But she missed another women.
It was not fair.
Arianna showed her power.
I cried and went to another cashier.
This Costco needed to explain to their employees that people come to rest, enjoy in this store and not to cry.

One very rude and stupid employee who enjoys power tripping customers and taking their items and giving them problems with their orders. don’t know her name but should be fired. Otherwise it’s fine

The management in Costco is ridiculous if your shopping for a senior you must have your own card. The lady manger who gives the temporary card is super unprofessional and rude, what's going on these days it's like if you don't want the job don't work there! Get something you enjoy or suitable for you

The only Costco location in Manhattan. It's smaller so has less products and there is no attached Costco liquor store.

Quite disappointed by by the enormity of products they do not carry here that they carry in Florida and Tennessee.. what's up with that? Is it that the people of Manhattan & Bronx don't buy those products as much as the rest of the country? Very sad but got some great prices on meat, Frozen products and beverages so not a total loss!

To begin with, most of the employees are aggressive and treat the client with disrespect and in a bad way, they also treat the client as a person who has stolen, oh, he is going to steal something, you also have to pass the receipt check twice and they still treat you badly and to finish now you can't use the manual scanner you have to force yourself to scan a box of water

You have to pay six dollars for the parking to purchase in the store that is ridiculous! I’ll definitely not gonna go to this Location again

I love their prices. They also have what you want and need,but they also get great new products for all seasons.

Family saves on basic items like milk (3 different kinds), eggs, bread, meat, cereal, and Lots of chicken nuggets. Sometimes we go with a list. And sometimes if we only need one or two things, we will wander all the aisles. The self check out, for us, is quick and easy. The floor staff are generally helpful.
I get a little annoyed at the insta cart folks (who practically run you over if you don't move aside fast enough) sometimes but they're only doing their job. Dear Costco, Please don't abandon us like Target. Pretty Please, with a wholesale amount of sugar on top!

Overrated. They don’t take mastercard credit cards. Beware. Only visa credit cards and debit cards accepted for membership and purchases. Should be an option to put negative thumbs instead of stars.

Basic Costco, no real complaint. I wish it was a bit more organized and the self checkout was more accurate.
Overall a pleasant experience.

I don’t know if there’s much I can say about Costco that hasn’t already been said… unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you know what a fantastic place this is to shop from!

It has a fanatical following, something I was somewhat oblivious to until they opened this massive branch in the upper east side of Manhattan. And I’m a fan now, too.

Every two or three months or so, I make the pilgrimage up there to stock up on kitchen & bathroom supplies, food for the freezer, tomato sauce and canned goods for the pantry; all sorts of staples, odds and ends, etc. I nearly always purchase fresh seafood, their incredibly priced (and perfectly seasoned!) rotisserie chicken, their baked goods (the Linzer tarts are particularly delicious, but mainly available on weekdays only) and much more. They’ve apparently also trained their terrific staff to respond to thank yous with “You’re welcome,” instead of the wretched new standard “No problem.” Which is rare these days.

Never thought I would belong to a shopping club in my lifetime… But I do, and I love it. Oh — and try a slice of their hot pizza after you’ve finished shopping. It’s surprisingly good, and ridiculously filling!

Long wait for unload the trucks, don’t go there i lost my next load for them
