Costco Wholesale Rego Park

My go-to for household items. Im usually in line with 2-3 items, but only Costco has them. Value for my dollar.

They were supposed to close 15- minutes after we got there but they stayed opened and my niece and I got to finish shopping. I was only suppose to get a few things but ended up buying double what I was meant to get. Even though they are located downstairs it is so big down there. We ended up leaving 20mins after closing time, so about 7:20 cause it was a Sat. Parking is not free it's either park in their garage, which I've never done, or lucky enough to find street parking. My husband waited in the car.

This store located at 6135 Junction Blvd. Rego Park, Ny 11374 is way too small for the number of customers it receives. The isles are too small, the isles leading to the registers are sprawling throughout the store, and the selection sparse and doesn't compare to the Costcos I go to in Utah. I understand that space is very limited in Ny, but they need do a complete redesign and figure a way to make it more customer friendly. I'm only talking about the building and variety of products. Every employee I had the chance to interact with were all very pleasant.

Lines as usual. I thought a Wednesday would be less crowded.

The cashier named Dawa D. treated us very rudely today. She spoke insulting words to us, words like "get out of my face". What kind of disrespect is that? why is no one controlling this ?My husband and I are very nervous !!!

Cashier was unprofessional and very rude. She was pouring her negativity on me such as raining ice and fire, just because they having bad day doesn’t mean others have to suffer swearing from them. However, such incompetence not acceptable in big store like Costco. Teach them manners before hiring them.

This Costco has the worst customer service staff I’ve ever seen. Every single employee was rude and uninterested in helping anyone. Not to mention the isles are small and items are disorganized. Avoid this Costco at all costs. Management needs a complete overhaul for the type of people they’re employing here.

I like this Costco, but I never seen to find a time when it isn't busy. Lol

I had a great experience at Costco Rego park recently. I went on a weekday and it was very busy as usual, spend 10 minutes looking for a parking spot. I went straight to customer service to redeem a Groupon deal, no line no wait. Gabriel was very nice and patient with a smile on his face, he helped me with getting new cards smoothly and I went straight to shopping. It's rare to encounter such nice and efficient customer service, so he should be recognized.

Costco is great but way to crowded anytime you go it's full of people I find good things but you can't find anyone to help you.

Literally the worst Costco. It took 50+ minutes just to exit the parking lot because there was only one working terminal at the exit gate. There was a late fee I had to pay for not exiting the lot within 20 minutes. The line of cars was so long and people were holding multiple parking spots. This parking lot of way too small for the amount of people shopping here. Will be sticking to the Vernon Blvd Costco.

Costco is great, good quality and prices, etc. Maybe a little too crowded at times, but if you come during the day on a weekday it’s much less crowded.

Your customers constantly clog the entrances on Junction and 97th st with your carts to the point where it is unsafe. Your customers also turn 97th st into a parking lot, blocking both car and pedestrian traffic. Also seeing more and more of your carts outside of your immediate area (as far as queens center mall). I'm a local resident and this has created a safety hazard in this area for years.

I have always used this Costco without any issues and I have always used the self checkout without any issues until today . I encountered the self checkout person named Nana. First she wanted me to scan my items her way which is slow. Then she accuses me of not scanning all of the items I purchased. Once she realized her mistake and pointed it out to her she just walked away without apologizing for her mistake. Very rude and incompetent. Where is hui or Lisa. At least they don't mind working on a Sunday and are very efficient and competent. Nana should either be retrained or put in the food court cooking since she has no manners when dealing with customers.

Probably very obvious but bring your own bags /car and make sure to go on the weekdays if possible.

managers at this store do not seem to priorities saving customers time. I went on a wednesday morning and first had to wait >20min on a return line backed up past the food court, then another >30min on a cashier checkout line which was backed up thru most of the clothing section. once you add the >10min I wasted finding items that were randomly end capped somewhere instead of in their department spot - it seems many of the same item can be in 2 places. i entered the store at 10:23 to return two items at 10:49 then went thru the store to pickup two more items and could not check out till 11:41 - these are actual timestamps right off my receipts. even the self checkout was backed up to the pharmacy. this is not just one bad day; i know to avoid this costco on weekends when it's a zoo, have been going here biweekly for a decade - the place has gotten a lot worse in this time wasting respect. employees are positive and helpful, the store seems adequately maintained, just this lack of management of staff and floor stocked intelligently to get shoppers out of there in a reasonable amount of time - and we still have to pay >$60/year for this time suck?

Everyone working in their food court should be fired. Atrocious. Slow, ignore certain orders. Telling us it takes 45-50 minutes for a pizza?!! Requested to speak to the manager and was refused. Will be calling corporate to report. Thinley was the only nice and helpful person and he deserves major props for that. Everyone else shame on you

Love coming here to shop for goods shipped to the Philippines for my siblings.

Please speak to your customers about the double parking and blocking of pedestrian walk ways. Extremely dangerous for elderly and people with young kids. Ridiculous

Can be crowded in the evenings aftet work. Has most of what we need. Sundays are extremely busy, so go in knowing what you need and get out to be considerate of others.
