Sales person Jay was terrific, finding the best program and car for what we needed. What was initially discussed is what we closed with. Sam in Finance was terrific as well. No pressure at all throughout experience. Mercedes Brooklyn, highly recommended.

My sales guy was Mersim omg he was the best every I took a chance and called on Friday not knowing on Tuesday I would be driving home in a new car . Cause the car I now have wasn’t even the one we was looking at it was a 2020 now we have a 2023 so the score I will give is not on the 1-5 list it would me 100% and Sam was Also amazing these two men stayed back late very late to make sure we got what we wanted.. so I hope they will be shown gratitude from the big boss cause they we’re both amazing . These men deserve raises.

I wish, I could leave zero stars! I went to their parts shop, and ordered hinges for my van. They are so incompetent, that they ordered the wrong piece. They then ordered again, this time from Germany, I waited a week for that, and guess, what? They got the wrong part again! I'm beyond furious! They don't deserve to be in business! I can't use my van for the second week now, all because of them! Retards!

I had my car repaired and serviced with this location a few times and the experience with Karen was absolutely flawless and incredible! Aside from being extremely kind and personable, she was on top of things and underpromised/overdelivered. Karen from the service department is the luxury i think of when i think of Mercedes-Benz.

She was on point on her time estimates, super responsive, kind and truly went above and beyond with my appointments. i highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn service department, when working with Karen. thank you so much for taking such good care of my car!

3 years ago I gave a 4 star rating, today it will be a 1. I forgot I'm sunglasses in a loaner vehicle Saturday evening, call when they reopened Monday morning. They said it's not there, and it wasn't stolen by their employee. Like sunglasses has legs and a mind of their own. Speaking to customers like they are stupid is absolutely disrespect.

We were shopping around for a vehicle and decided to stop in there since i have been driving by that dealership for years. From the start i let the sales person know WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO PURCHASE TODAY. Which it seems like he did not understand
because everything he was saying was like we would be leaving with a car. We came in to price out our options which were absolutely ridiculously priced but we went along with it. Believe me when i say this they wanted 10k down for an a220 with AMG package to get the payment to 638 a month for 39 months with 7.5k a year. PS that thing is slow. I have never felt like i want not free to leave as i did in that dealership, the sales man got so desperate that he said “can you please buy a car because if i don’t close a sale today they will fire me. ” Needless to say we went to Alpha Romeo in LI and got an amazing deal 503 a month for 36 months with zero down and 10k miles a year with a buy out option. Will never set foot in this dealership again.
