I purchased my vehicle off a lease. My sales contact Mary Godek was excellent. Extremely helpful throughout the process. My only small complaint was that it took an inordinate amount of time to close the contract when i arrived at the dealership. Evidently only certain people can complete the process, and you were shorthanded. I had to wait almost 2 hours. The manager of the service department was excellent and I have a small nonoperating issue that I may need to take care of and he indicated that he will be back in touch with me. . All in all a very positive experience.

The service here at MB has fallen off; because servicing our vehicle takes too long and they no longer have loaners available when they are needed. There used to be a refreshment stand that isn’t the same. So I feel it’s almost just like going to a regular mechanics service station. The only difference is the people who work there are still courteous and respectful.

This was my second time buying from Manhattan Mercedes. A smooth transaction & wonderful experience with my sales lady Judy P. I would definitely recommend friends and family to buy from Judy .

The actual work was good, everything was done, it took two whole days for a recall for the fuel pump, which I was never told about. Then when finally completed the second day in the after, it was not delivered until 7 PM that eve, here again if I was notified that afternoon about delivery delay, I would have made thr trip to pick it up here again no communication…and what happened to a loaner, never offered one when I dropped the car at 8 AM, when I asked for one, not available. This is our third 3 year lease, we really expected more, customer service, …interesting to see if someone takes the time to read this and put the necessary changes in place. Very easy to do, say questions, let me know…probably will never hear back…jus check in to service last Friday, I called enough..

I had a wonderful experience at MB Manhattan. Harald was polite, knowledgeable and made the whole process the most fun I have had at a dealership ever. A big thank you to the whole team and especially Harald and John. Ill definitely be coming back in the future.

I got into the dealership early as i would like to leave asap. I know they open at 8 am so I was willing to wait. However the staff allowed me to come in and welcomed me and facilitated the drop off even before they were supposed to start working. Unbelievable in this time!!!! Kudos for going above and beyond and thank you for being considerate.

We visited this place several times. And every time we enjoyed the service and atmosphere there. We would especially like to mention our manager Anastasia Zbarskaya, who was very supportive and helped us from the beginning to the end of all phases.
