Wonderful caring therapist, the waiting for the specialist doctors are too long, the front desk personnel are welcoming, the parking can be challenging, paying a toll over the Whitestone bridge can be costly. Overall very clean, great services, and Wonderful team.

The office is always clean and smelling fresh the staff of doctors and office assistants treat the patients with respect and support for what ever the patient needs 10/10

I was able to get an appointment within 48/hrs. The receptionist are great. My PT Juelz is amazing, he was kind, and listened to my concerns. My pain was relieved, he was very professional, informative.

I have been going to physical therapy for the last year due to a knee injury. I have tried other places, but this place has been the most helpful for my recovery and rehabilitation than any therapy I have tried! The therapists Rocky and Blessy are especially helpful, so if you have the chance, please consult with them! Rocky has been very helpful, supportive and actively engages with me regarding my issues and progress and he advises me well. Blessy is very informative and educates me well about my injury and has given me amazing exercises that has impacted my rehabilitation tremendously! Both of them are great and they have helped with my progress much more than the previous place I was at. I have been hopeless regarding my progress and rehabilitation, but after coming here I have gained more hope and gained more confidence.

Their PT facility is great. The desk ladies are awesome, everyone knows what to do, always polite and helpful.
Doctors and therapists are also nice on the second floor. Good experiences.
However, if you come for orthopedic which is located in the basement floor, it is a whole different experience.
There is one lady who works everyday so amazingly unpleasant.
Every time they will call you 100 times to confirm your appointment on the day before and try to make sure you show up on time, but if you show up on time, the wait time 45min minimum is almost guaranteed.
NEVER been called in on time at basement facility. Average 1.5 hour wait. Currently I am writing this review as waiting to see my doctor. It’s been 1 hour and 40min and counting.
Few times, I got “auto-confirmation texts” from them. So I showed up on time. And I was told there is no appointment.
Of course no one is sorry. That’s fine, it’s not surprising. But they need to figure out their appointment system.
(I never had to wait more than 10min for PT on the second floor, btw. I do recommend PT facility. Stars are for them.)
One good thing in the basement is that their bathroom is very clean.

Place is great and they take care of me well except I’m having problems with receptionists downstairs on lower level they keep scheduling me too appointments I can’t make it too and are doing what they want with scheduling appointments and was giving me difficulties getting me arranged to an appointment someone should speak to them about this but other then that chiropractors are great and upstairs 2nd floor receptionists they did a great job lower level staff can do better to make this business run better.
