- Recently gave birth here and everything from the emergency room, labour and delivery and then my 2 day recovery in the maternity department was amazing. The doctors and nurses and all other staff treated me like family. Its very easy for that situation to be traumatic as we're our most vulnerable while giving birth and in the days after, but the team that worked with me made sure I felt safe and comfortable.
Ps. I usually hate hospital meals but I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was.
- My father was transfer from another hospital to Kings County with a head trauma. The doctors and nurses in ER were very professional and helpful. He was in ICU unit for 1 week. I can always talk to the doctors about his condition. The Nurses and Aides in his room did a fantastic job. Then he was transfer to regular room and Rehab. I can only say big thank you to all people in ER, ICU, REHAB for providing great care for my father!
- ER Waiting rm was what I expected it to be, (10hrs). Just with alot more ppl needing services. Staff were very professional. The system works. They did ask everyone to leave who didn't have a wrist band. Family members are still not allowed in. Not even one. Which is sad to me. I could've used my wifey support, but it's ok I get it.(COVID19) ER Keep up the great work you do.
