In the heart of Brooklyn, at the crossroads of Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues, Barclays Center is setting a new standard as the showcase venue for the world's most thrilling entertainment and sports events.

Developed by Brooklyn-based real estate developer Forest City Ratner Companies and designed by the award-winning architectural firms AECOM and SHoP Architects, Barclays Center is the state-of-the-art home of the NBA's Brooklyn Nets and the WNBA’s New York Liberty, boasting one of the most intimate seating configurations ever designed for a modern multi-purpose arena.

A model for sustainable design and construction, Barclays Center has earned LEED© Silver Certification for New Construction from the U.S. Green Building Congress, becoming the first professional sports and entertainment venue in the New York metro area to achieve this status.

Barclays Center opened to extensive critical acclaim and was recognized with several major awards, including the 2012 Poll star Award Best New Major Concert Venue, 2013 Sports Business Awards Facility of the Year, Architizer A+ Building of the Year Award and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce Brooklyn Building Award for Economic Development.

Since its opening on September 28, 2012 with the first of eight consecutive sold-out shows by JAY Z, Barclays Center has continued to host the world's most renowned performers, including Barbra Streisand, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Beyonce, Rihanna, Madonna and Bruce Springsteen. The success of these events has made Barclays Center one of the most popular arenas in the world, ranked top ten nationally in 2018 for gross revenue and attendance by Billboard and Pollstar.

The arena offers 17,732 seats for basketball, up to 19,000 seats for concerts, and has 101 luxury suites, plus an array of bars, lounges and clubs including the 40/40 CLUB and Qatar Airways Club.

Excelente estrutura e colado com a estação de metrô. Conseguimos ingressos para o jogo do Nets X Suns por $33 pela Ticketmaster

No wait going in or out. Had a great time, food and drinks were also pretty dank.

A terrific arena, a wonderful experience. Entering was very quick, efficient and friendly. Corridors are wide, finding your seats is easy. And the seats are wide and pretty comfortable! Place is immaculate, brightly lit and nicely air conditioned. Security personnel looks like security but behaves like we were all old pals. Very nice. Half time the lines for the restrooms and food are long but move quickly. Credit cards only, but there are machines to convert your cash to a card.
I was there for a Liberty game with my daughter and her aunt. Everyone warned me how boring it would be. “Who likes to watch women’s basketball?!!”
Well, as it turned out, I do! No slam dunking (which I find to be a form of ‘look at me!’), no trash talking, no chest beating. Just a smooth, professional, surprisingly physical game of hoops. And the crowd and the players were like family. No booing, even for the most egregious unforced error. And before the game the players were accessible to their young fans. Great game, great arena, easy exit.

Bought seats through ticketmaster, Barclays then switches to SeatGeek and refuses to honor my tickets. $1000+ down the drain. Rot in hell.

UPDATE: Barclays Guest Services recovered nicely and made good on my situation. SeatGeak and TicketMaster were not helpful at all.

Do yourself a favor, but at the box office, get paper tickets, skip the apps. They are terrible.

UPDATE2: Barclays did it again. Swore the tickets would be sent then GHOSTED me day of the event. These people are the WORST.

i went to see sza last night, if you are getting nosebleed seats be aware that if you are recording there will be a black line throughout your videos if you don’t hold your camera above the glass barrier and it is quite steep

Acoustics are horrendous. For a relatively new venue, that’s bad. This is on par with the prudential center in Newark and that place is a dump.
Do not go see a comedy or music show. You can’t hear anything. Zero clarity.

I've been here before and I'm coming again and I'm happy and it's a very big place but worth it.

The experience watching an open practice was okay there with my kids who are adults but we enjoy basketball would have liked to have seen an actual practice With scrimmage so I could gauge how good the nets are gonna be

Nice Arena

Review update of Section 2** Concert Seating...Don't do it. There is only one Screen, and it's behind the stage. The screen is blocked by large speakers...never again .

The stadium is nice, and is very conveniently located basically on top of a subway station, which makes for ease of access. The facilities inside seems very modern. It was clean well air conditoned, seats were nice and the establishment was well lit, staff was super firnedly and you can just tell it is a well run place. There are great dining options and a nice bar in the Barclays Center.
