I brought my cat in on friday. She has Oral cancer so she drools a lot and it makes her front legs and chest get very dirty, very fast. When i picked her up later in the day and brought her home, i noticed that she was completely clean! They didn’t even mention it and it was such a nice surprise for her to be all soft again. The vet team here cares so much about their patients. I’ve been bringing my cats here for the past 16 years and i’ve never had a bad experience with them.

Terrible customer service, my dog went for several visits. The doctor advise us to do some testing and after 2 weeks they don't have any results, while they blame the laboratory. My dog still in pain and very uncomfortable. Never go back again to this pet hospital and cancelling my banfield membership.

Everyone is polite and respectful. They answered all questions. They treated my puppy really well. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
