Nice place, there seems to be plenty of employees to help everyone. Good luck on parking, it's a free for all out there

Travis helped me perfectly with my macbook repair. I really appreciate you telling me what presumably caused the issue and explaining more about the applecare plus.

i have bought a macbook online to pick up from this store. three hours passed and my order was not ready. so i went to the store to ask about. the specialist told me it was due to high traffic, it will take longer for them to prepare my order. he recommended me to cancel it and buy it from the store right away since i was already there. i asked if my card balance would be corrected instantly to buy it immediately again. he said it should be instantly corrected since i didnot pick up the order yet. so i trusted his advise. and i waited for my balance to be corrected. and it did not. apple support said it might take up to 5 days! so he made me cancel my order for nothing, and prevented me from making a purchase for days! i will say, dont trust them. they sometimes just work for not selling.

Avoid! This is THE worst Apple Store. When upgrading your phone, the hs drop out employees are so annoyed that you’re dropping over a grand for a phone.

Today was delightful as the employee wiped my old device prior to transferring the plan to the newly purchased phone.

Since you’re not unable to receive 2FA codes, you spend an hour on the phone with your carrier to get cellular service setup again.

Beautiful clean store. Almost as many employees as customers. But parking is hard. Half of the parking spots are marked as online pickup only for the many various stores in the area.

Manager Bianca acts like she owned the place . I have a business account and came in and stated what I wanted help with , she didn’t help and had a bad attitude! Will think twice when buying apple products again because of her!

I was shopping for a Mac for my brother and the representative was hugely rude, it was right at closing time and I was about to purchase a Mac Studio but he said I had to leave if I wasn’t actively purchasing. I’ll go buy PC from Best Buy. They obviously don’t need my money.

They profile you and send the customers that they don't want to service to the Galleria store. This has now happened twice to my family, even though we specifically came in to purchase big ticket items.

During the most recent experience, we came in before closing and were browsing, and then went up to ask a blonde, male associate about some of the computers, but before we could speak, he told us to leave if we weren't buying anything. Meanwhile, there were many other people sitting around browsing and not making any purchases. We walked outside, upset, and the police officer working security asked us what happened, so we explained to her what this guy had said, and she said "I've never heard that before!" She even went back inside to fetch a manager that we could speak to about the situation.

The female manager spoke politely and acted friendly, but she also actively encouraged us to visit the Galleria store if we still wanted to make a purchase, so she really didn't address the situation at all.

What kind of a business encourages you to visit a different location, instead of rectifying the situation? My only guess is that store policy is to serve only certain types of customers, and send the rest of Houston to a different location. Very disappointed, but at the same time, it's no big loss to me. I'm not sure if the people here realize it, but working at an Apple store doesn't make you Steve Jobs.
