After experiencing a car crash where my self and family were T bound for weeks ago the car I newly purchased I only had it for 9 days was A total loss my family and I were devastated I went to mossy Nissan and was approached by salesman salesman Mr. Ruiz he was excellent cardius very professional and assisted me in helping me and then referred me to Mr. DemasiA total loss my family and I were devastated I went to mossy Nissan and was approached by salesman salesman Mr. Ruiz he was excellent cardius very professional and assisted me in helping me and then referred me to Mr. Demoss who sealed the sell with more professionalism and trusting services. I return to Nissan because Of the great customer service and the safety features Nissan provides for customers like myself. Thank you Nissan.

Update: Sales Manager and rep made things right. Honest mistake remedied as it should have been. Review updated to 5 stars. Aside from this hiccup the process with mossy was one of the easiest purchases I have made.

Charged and extra $3k for a Mossy Protection package and told there was no way to remove as already installed on all vehicles. This package includes tint, paint and interior protection as whelk as wheel locks. Car was bought at night so was difficult to see but next morning, what do you know, no tint, wheel locks or paint protection installed! Honest mistake? Maybe…… Comes across as a really disingenuous misleading tactic by their internet sales rep to get $3k extra from me. This is a shame because besides this everything else would have been 5 stars worthy

The mossy team did a great job on my rogue and kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made it quick and simple, my service advisor knows what a customer needs to keep them satisfied that their car is in good hands.

Mossy Nissan always takes care of me when I have a problem with my car. They keep you posted on how things are going and when the car will be ready. They even wash your car before you pick it up. I like Mossy Nissan.

Mehran Abedini was very patient and welcoming when assisting me with my car desires. He listened to all of my wants and helped me leave a happy customer. This is my second new car purchase from Mossy and I felt like family then and Mehran made sure I felt like family with this purchase. His communication was perfect and he followed up with me consistently. Mehran's professional and considerate attitude influenced me to choose Mossy for my purchase.
Melvin Watson Jr. also exceeded my expectations when informing me of all of my choices and made me feel so comfortable during my time there.
Both of these men deserve the greatest praises for their hard work. The love of their job was truly felt through my experience. I am truly grateful for their assistance.
They need raises!!!!
Let's hope that the service department continues to keep the Mossy family experience great for me.

Double check those “certified” pre-owned vehicles. They lied to me about a car I bought last year, they showed me a paper saying the car had a clean Carfax but that document was fake. Now that I am in the market for another car the car dealership told me the car has an accident reported in the Carfax and obviously the price went considerably down due to that. I am talking about my experience with them and I am frustrated about this, you go to these places trying to find a honest deal even if you pay more for the car. Mossy Nissan very disappointing

Please have your reps take a cultural diversity class before you are sued for discrimination. Your employees had me confused with another customer. My name is Kelli Scott and my appointment was at 12:30 today. Latoya Scott's appoint was at 12:00. Apparently, they have never seen a Black woman named Kelli because they told me I drove a Nissan Altima when in fact I drive a Rogue Sport. I continuously told them my name but they said I had no appointment so I showed the rep my text confirming my appointment for today at 12:30. I even offered my ID to show him who I was which he the told me he could check the VIN number on my car. At that point I should have left but my car needed an oil change which I paid for but feel I should be refunded after this mishap. Poor customer service is not what I would describe as the service I received today. Instead, I was stereotyped and humiliated because for what seemed like 10 minutes I was explaining who I am and that I actually had an appointment.

The Service Dept @ mossy Nissan are very professional especially Josh Redding he answered all my questions, and explained everything to me VERY SATISFYING, but I am only saying Service Dept, (I don’t feel the same way about the rest of the dealership)

I always take my Nissan My service advisor Roger is outstanding. He arranged a ride from and to Missy and this made my drop off and return seamless. While I was at Missy he checked on me to assure I was comfortable. Roger also oversaw that all discounts were applied. I always ask for him and value his attention to detail.

I absolutely loved my visit to the service center of all places. The man that took care of me had such a great smile and energy. He made everything so easy, and I felt really taken care of. There was almost no wait, and I was on my way. I felt comfortable and spoiled. Thanks Mossy!! Ps they had Starbucks

Mr. Rudy made my car buying experience so amazing on my mom’s birthday! He and the finance manager worked with my tight budget and got me in a brand new 2024 nissan sentra!! I LOVE MY CAR! Mr. Rudy was attentive, personable, HONEST, and professional at all times. I didn’t feel rush and he laid out all of the facts for me so I could make informed decisions. He also threw extra tint on my new car which I’m going to love even more! Thank you Mr. Rudy and Mossy Nissan for making my car buying experience nothing less than stellar
