- Always a great experience whenever I go here. Initially I had quite a few issues with the Model Y, but were all covered under warranty without having to pay anything out of pocket. I was also able to get a loaner car until all repairs were complete. Starting with the service rep Michael, to service advisors Patrick and Brandon, all the way to the service technician, Shane. It's been a hassle-free experience whenever I visit this location. Would highly recommend coming here for any work.

- Have gotten so many teslas from there and always had a great experience. The staff make sure you are satisfied with your car and the experience. Also even if it’s last minute and you want to make changes, they try their best to make that happen for you.

- Took delivery of our Model 3 Performance here. Purchase and delivery process is mostly automated with very little human interaction. Great If you know about your new car and how to operate it, If not though, it can be frustrating. Over all the people I did speak with were very friendly and willing to schedule an in home service for a technician to install home link. Tesla… why don’t the cars come with home link installed from the factory? Just silly IMO. We love our Tesla, this is our second one and we have a Model Y on order too.

A little slow to greet you but that can be a good thing at a car dealership. Very knowledgeable sales and service staff. A nice waiting area. Service appointments are in time. A pretty decent place considering they are the only one in Indiana right now

Not surprisingly, their service is top notch (just like their vehicles). Needed a new HV battery, they gave us a loaner car, paid for towing, and got it done in 5 days. Amazing.

This service center will do everything they can to gaslight you if you say there’s any issue with the vehicle. They will weasel out of any repair and won’t believe anything you say is wrong. Our brand new car is broken and they will not fix it. I can’t believe it!

I recently visited the Tesla dealership in Indianapolis to test drive a Model Y. The dealership was very busy, and I had to wait around to be checked in by the salesperson. The show room is also quite small and packed on the weekend. Once I was assigned a salesperson, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions about the Model Y, but they didn't give me a lot of information about the car. The test drive itself was only 30 minutes long, which was a bit disappointing. I would have liked to have more time to test out the car's features and performance. I felt like it was a rush to get back to the dealership and the area around is quite busy so I spent a lot of time sitting at traffic lights.

Overall, I had a mixed experience at the Tesla dealership in Indianapolis. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, but the test drive was too short and I didn't get a lot of information about the car. I would recommend this dealership to others, but I would advise them to be patient and to expect a short test drive. I am strongly consider buying a Tesla, but the service reviews also make me a bit leery.
