Virginia is the reason I had such a pleasant experience today! She was helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. From the time I walked into the store, while I shopped, and even at checkout. She was patient, kind, professional, warm, & very friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me and naturally she exudes such a vibrant light. Not only did she tend to me as a customer, but I watched how she interacted with staff members. You can tell she truly cares about the relationships around her and it's clear that a strong rapport exists between them. I look forward to returning to this particular location as the kindness was exhibited by other staff members as well. I got an opportunity to share with Cassandra, the manager how amazing I was being treated, and it wasn't a surprise to her as she too knows how special Virginia is. I left feeling very satisfied and touched by such a kind soul.
