Honestly don’t take your pets here, they reschedule you so many times it’s not worth it. Same kitten shot appointment rescheduled 9 times but they have time to take dogs in for a quickie checkup???? If you can’t handle cats just say you can’t take cats. This place is horrible and the lady at the counter Lori, “well you can just leave them here and we’ll get to them in a few days” what do you mean a few days when I made the appointment??? I swear they’re on something here

This banfield used to be great, but now they have new employees and new managers, and they treat you like a number. They are more concerned about money than our pets, and they are now starting to make us feel like we haven't been great customers for years now! We have spent a lot of money here and They NEED to improve!

Staff and a manager who won’t return calls and explain why no one knows why my dogs prescription hasn’t been filled in 7 days. Everyone keeps passing the buck.

Dr. Sam was sweet and saw my dog at gentle doctor last Monday but is clearly unorganized. No one seems to know what’s going on. Don’t bring your animals here.

I can’t say enough good things about the Doctors and staff at Banfield Pet Hospital in Arroyo Crossing. For the last six years we have been taking our Yorkie “Bella” here for regular checkups and care. Over these years Bella received the best veterinary treatment and care.

The care they provided for Bella’s last moments with us were simply kind, compassionate and loving. They provided a quiet and supportive environment and sendoff. Bella is now in heaven with Max and I’m sure they are running around together as they did before.

As hard as it is to say goodbye to our furred friends who are part of us as any family member we are thank for the years of care and support Banfields doctors and staff provided Bella.
