TOP important and interesting reviews from patients

It was pleasantly quite during my visit. There was only about 4 paitients there when I was there. It was the longest wait i ever had for 4 hours. Thought that was very long considering there was only 5 of us in the ER during my 4 hour visit. Didn't understand that part. Every other ER would be crowded and super busy and I would be out within a hour and a half.. On a good note, all the nurses were very nice. The first doctor that seen me was rushing and was a little ruff considering I was in pain and he moved to fast for my locked arm and shoulder. I could barely move so he was moving to fast for me and made my muscle spaz again which put me in more discomfort and pain.. On another good note....The doctor that relieved him was very nice and showed he cared. Other then that my visit was a good visit

I don’t know why they only have 3.8 stars but it’s 5/5 for me. I’m from out of town and had to bring my infant here because he got sick on the flight in and was declining rapidly. The first RN we met with at intake was super polite and welcoming. Then we met with the physician pretty quickly who was also amazing. We had to get baby boy X-rays done and some test which all the nursing who can in were very polite. We never were ignored and treated as if we were the only patients in the ER. From the intake person to every wine else we met I have nothing but great words to say. Hope everyone can experience what we did ever in an emergency situation. Thank you to all I wish I remembered names but I was a little stressed.

Fell. Came here as I’ve always done. Thank you Dr. Lindsey for being attentive and MARIA the Xray tech, for walking me through process. Thank you again for being polite, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

The providers here are a hit & miss of ones that care & ones that don’t. There’s a couple of Drs who take women’s health & pain seriously, but the rest don’t. It’s a shame this hospital closed. Most of the nurses are compassionate & take care of you.

The nurses and doctors and even the girl who signs you in for the emergency were all so calm and helpful. I had a panic attack and I suffer from anxiety and they made me feel safe! They were very kind and fast

I was afraid to rate this hospital because I was a nurse in Las Vegas( R.N.)
I went to this horrible hospital bc it was the closest to me.
I just had 3 broken toes. My entire foot was swollen and blue. They told me I had no fractures at all.
They couldn't even handle this.
A student saw me.
They weren't even busy. There was no one in the waiting room except myself and an older lady.
He(the student)was so rude to me and this women.
I never mentioned I was a nurse bc what does this matter.
This student told myself and this older patient we didn't have to see a Dr and he could handle both our cases.
We both asked to see the Dr.
He asked me if I was seeking pain medication, which I wasn't.
I asked for a copy of my xray report of my foot & he refused to give me a copy.
I saw my own Dr within 3 days & I had nerve damage up my leg, later to be diagnosed with CRPS.
I wonder if some Dr allowed allowed this and the Dr just signed off or what.
Don't even take your dog here.
Horrible hospital and ER.....
Hey, desert Springs don't you wonder why your rating is the lowest in town....

5yrs later bc they didn't help me with my broken toe my RSD spread to both my feet and left leg. There is no cure for RSD but if they would have listened to me about RSD maybe they could have referred me out. Why the hell would an RN come to the hospital for a broken toe????.
