Service people are incompetent at best and do not care about providing decent service let alone good service. They treat their customers like garbage and have ZERO respect for your time. Purchased a brand new '23 X Plaid and scheduled an appt with East Sahara to fix the front door seals that literally just fell off in the first weeks of having the car and hung out the doors. The geniuses at E Sahara provided an estimate of $333.75 to reinstall the door seals after I selected an appt for the next morning. I brought the car in for my scheduled appt the next morning, and after explaining my situation, the guy finally said, there I fixed it. It should say zero due now. I refreshed the app and it said zero due. Great right, wrong. Then the service guy with a straight face says, "When would you like to bring the car in?". I'm like right now, I'm here with the car for my appt this morning. He says I didn't approve the $333.75 estimate the night before so they gave away my appt. Next available is mid next week.
SERIOUSLY. Do better E Sahara because you can't do any worse! W. Sahara is way better!
