I’ve only visited Best Buy a handful of times but I’ve been impressed with how quickly I was taken care of each time. The folks at the front who greet you are the real MVPs. Whether I visited for a hard drive, an air purifier, or an external battery, they always know where it is and can direct me there so everything is wrapped up. They’ve always been so attentive and welcoming each time I walk through the doors and it makes me look forward to visiting again.

Worst experience here so far I waited 35 minutes to buy a Chromebook got it. Keep in mind it's brand new still with the wrapping and it's missing half the accessories with it. Thanks guys

Staff is always busy but if you can get some help it's usually decent. Not a fan of all of the layoffs recently though.

I'd like to give less than one star. I intend to go to court. In short, I left best buy, and due to the way I was treated by several managers (more than one day in a row at this point, as well as their call centers), I ended up having a panic induced seizure, going to the hospital, and now have crutches. Best Buy refuses to provide anyway to contact anyone outside of an overseas call center who claim they don't have bosses to let me talk to.

(I realize I sent this for the store that did not cause this direct experience, however, this IS the store I purchased a defective product from that triggered the series of events leading me into the hospital)
