- Every time I come here the customer service is just amazing. They always take time to help you and make sure you are getting what you need. They are so friendly as well and really make you feel comfortable and confident in what you’re buying. From buying two washer & dryers here… to grabbing some paint for my house, they are aways helpful and kind.
- Good store, nice staff. We came in to get gardening supplies and were surprised to find the best deals anywhere for soil, gravel, and manure.

- Today April 28th I called the service desk to confirm pick up order and Deante was super helpful. My order was at the store but wasn't at the front desk when I called but as soon as it was brought up front Deante called me about order. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience and professional service.
Update December 2022. I want to give special Thanks to Barry and Rustin for helping me with my shopping list. Barry really took the time to help me select the right products for my shower so Thank you thank you. Rustin helped me 2 days in a row on my kitchen remodeling products and his input was great! However the rest of the workers either looked at you like an alien when you ask for help or walk away from you. Simply terrible!!! HD really should pick better workers.... Great prices but customer service sucks!!! Update Wednesday 29,2020 James S in customer service was very nice and professional. He made it a pleasant experience picking up online order. Also Zach helped put large items in truck with ease and securely fastened. Thanks
- That's really good sales going on when I was there. The service was really good too, although they were having a computer glitch that made it almost impossible for us to prove that we bought a refrigerator.
- Trying to pick up an online order and it is taking forever. Then the guy tells me he has to walk to the back of the store to get printer paper from my receipt. I don't know who runs this store but it's a joke every single time.
- I was looking for a window air-conditioner/ heater for an addition. You can only shop online. I wanted to see the unit in the store. It is about $600. I did not want to order and not be able to see how it works. I was told they bring them in around summertime. I bought plastic storage containers at good prices. Young man helped me find them.
- Coming from California, everyone is super nice and it's weird. It's a weird I like tho. Thank you to everyone that let me shop, but offered help and backed off when I said I was just perusing :)
- Melania on the service desk was so quick kind and profession but most of all helpful. I normally go to Cabot Home Depot but after the sour attitudes I get from management there I will drive a little extra to this Home Depot because of great employees like her. 10/10 experiences. She’s so good with customers and multitasking. I was having a horrible night and she made it all better with her prompt service and positive attitude and smile. The world needs more employees that care about their job and customers like she does.
- Mr Scott was very professional. He investigated the situation where the manufacturer mislabeled the product resulting in us being overcharged. He resolved the issue in a timely manner! He communicated thru every step of the process. Wonderful customer service attitude!
- I love Home Depot from one end to the other. HOWEVER…..my one biggest gripe is….I’m fed up with never having a wood cart available. The heavy majority of the carts sit loaded with products for pickup or being used by employees to move material. If I might find one, I must return to the parking lot and look for one, which is rare, to find one! How about getting more carts, paint them say green to be used for pickup. Leave the orange carts available for those of us that come to the store many times a month to not only buy lumber, but will also browse and buy, screws, nails, paint, tools and other materials.
