- I'm unsure if it's Sean or Shaun, but I've got to give sincere appreciation for the service I received. He was courteous over the phone and willing to get me the part I needed for a pixel 7 Pro, and give me a loaner while I waited for the screen.
To take it one step further, when I arrived on premises he assessed the phone and encouraged me to go with my carrier insurance (ultimately losing him the sale.) He then went one step further and got me the actual # and encouraged me to wait so that he could rush the part in if they couldn't help me. That's honest service and honest courtesy I don't even get from my ACTUAL carrier or authorized Google repair centers. He also gave friendly and honest advice to another customer, and wasn't pushy about a sale. As a former wireless salesperson, I have the utmost respect for people in the industry who actually care about the best outcome for a customer, and not about a commission. That being said, I do have some other devices I need to repair and I'll update this with information on how that process goes. I don't expect to be disappointed.

- I went to Sean with problems from rain damage from my Surface and it was resolved in a fast and friendly manner. The repairs were made within a week, where most other places would have taken up to 1-2 weeks to complete them! Even after, Image Wireless was friendly and dedicated enough to go above and beyond, providing me a free screen protector, and making sure all issues were resolved, and fixing any remaining issues for free! Highly recommend for anybody in the area with a repair issue, student or not.

- Nice location, great service. Bought a brand new iPhone and walked out the store with it working and able to make phone calls/ texts and backed up perfectly fine. Would highly recommend for the service. Luna (his dog) put a smile on my face while I was waiting for the phone transfer. Top tier. Told me over the phone he’d throw in a free screen protector and he ended up throwing in a case for free.
