Traded in an almost brand new Elantra (2023, Limited). The seller told me I would owe 5 grand on it, last weekend I realized it wasn't 5, but 7 grand. Juan, the salesperson, stole a quick and easy 2 grand extra there. I don't know where a dealership is fair, but it's sure as hell not in this city. My e450 is great though, but the deal was horrible. Juan, is the salesperson. Whatever you do, don't talk to Juan.


Also, don't buy the scratch and dent protection. It's not really scratch and dent, it's just dent. Extremely unlike you'd have dent only without scratch, perfect business for a scammer if you ask me. It's a service provided by AutoNation. The guy from finance, Joshua Mathews, told me it was "scratch" and dent, not dent only. Overall, very mediocre dealership, but I guess the closer you are to the city the more likely you are to get scammed. Joke's on me I guess.

At first I had trouble finding the Mercedes I wanted. Everywhere was sold out or just didn’t have it in their inventory. I was ready to give up. After calling many dealerships, I finally get in contact with Savier. Savier immediately assured me that he will do everything he can to find my my car. The next day, on his day off, he calls me first thing to tell me he found my car. This man worked hard on his day off to find me the perfect car. Something I didn’t even expect. Not only was he honest and patient, he went above and beyond with every step of this process. I brought my girls in with me to pick up the car and he even made sure to make it extra special for them. He put a big red bow on the car to create a “grand reveal” for my 5 and 3 year old. I am truly in awe of his service and hard work. Wish I could give him 10 stars.

Paskui atidaręs bagažine pamačiau kad ten dugnas buvo neidetas.. tai pamatęs iskarto susisiekiau su šia parduotuvė bet jie užblokavo mano numerį ir paieme iš manęs 150k rubliu

I'm deeply disappointed with the service experience I recently encountered at Mercedes-Benz. I scheduled an appointment, expecting prompt and efficient service. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my car needed to be left at the dealership for four days without an immediate diagnostic, and to my surprise, no temporary vehicle was offered as an alternative, since people have a life out there. This level of inconvenience and lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable. I hope Mercedes-Benz can address and rectify these issues to provide a more satisfactory service experience for its patrons in the future.

Excellent, highly recommend they care about your experience before and after, I’m so glad to know that my dealership is there for me when I need assistance, I bought an electric SUV and I Love it.

I have had very terrible experience with service department. We dropped 2020 Mercedes printer motorhome to service for recalls and on pick up found that SOS lights is on was not on the drop off. Several times ask the service advisor Gus Cosio explain what is going on. First was told that need to be done new SOS subscription, after told that Athena broken... My reasonable question why it was not on the dashboard on drop off and now is on, no answers. Nobody even try to fix something that was broken on service.Absolutely irresponsible attitude , honestly never experience so bad customer service.

Gus in service is hands down the best service advisor on the planet. He assisted with the recall on my moms diesel Mercedes. His team is also super professional and through. Highly recommend to anyone

Worst experience trying to buy my car at the end of the lease. I got a call from Mercedes Financial asking me if I was going to be buying the car through financing. When I told them I was going to buy it cash they said I just needed to go to the dealer. So I called Mercedes Ben’s of Miami amd spoke with the sales advisor Savier Shiuk, who told me to just come in. I asked if I needed to fill out any paperwork online but he said all I needed to do was to bring my checkbook. But when I got to the store, he wouldn’t sell me the car unless I bought the extended warranty or the 1 year certification for $1,000 . So now I have to wait for Mercedes Financial to mail me a purchase package that I will need to fill out and mail it to them. This process may take 30 days, which might be over the 10 days left I have on the lease and thus force me to extend my lease. Great process and customer service.

A todo el que pueda leer mi mala experiencia en la Mercedes 1200 Nw 167 st , no les recomiendo por nada del mudo hacer ningún tipo de negocio con ellos son sumamente informales sobre todo con el tema de la garantía del carro que te venden cuando compras el carro , mi carro lleva más de 1 año con una vibración cuando se maneja , y la Mercedez está notificada desde hace mucho tiempo de esto y no hacen nada en referente , los agentes de ahí siempre me tratan de ayudar pero el management de ahí no permite que ellos ayuden hace más de 7 meses me dijeron que me llamarían para cambia la marca de mis gomas a ver si le daba solución a tema y aún estoy esperando la llamada del manager Brayan que con mucha seguridad el día que le di el complaint me dijo que el se haría cargo del tema y aún estoy esperando su llamada ( nunca hizo nada ) encima dejo el carro y no te quieren dar un loaner , hoy nuevamente regreso para ver qué se puede hacer 8 meses después me dicen que mi garantía ya expiró , claroooo el tiempo que paso fue el tiempo que el me dijo que demoraban las gomas para que mi garantía expirar , aquí estoy hoy desde las 7 de la mañana para orarle la cara a Brayan y me diga ahora cuel es la solución y son las 9 :30 aquí aún no ahí un manager que se dice ser que el
Es el manager , quien no hace nada en referente ni da solución para mi es un títere pintado en la pared que solo hace mortificar más a los clientes dando la cara pero para aplacar y no dar soluciones , mi carro sigue con una vibración que no es normal yo ando siempre con mi hija en el carro y me da miedo esto ya lo eh notifica cada vez que traigo el carro lo único que hacen es imventar que el rim pague algún que va al diler un extra de dinero para que lo alineara y nada cambio siguió con el problema en fin nadie da con el problema porque nadie están trabajando seriamente en mi caso solo dieron tiempo para que mi garantía esperara , espero que atravez de este completarío llame la atención y el señor Brayan que no contenta las llamada me regale una llamada a ver qué va hacer

2 of the 3 managers there including Gus has lied and went back on his word. On top of that insulting me saying I can’t afford a car so just leave - that happened October 5th. They promise to fix something and have no available appointments. Ironic scam

I am posting this review a little late as I never got to it. The worst service I have ever gotten. There is a big lack of communication from everyone and within the company itself. I had my car towed and was told that they would relay the information regarding what I wanted looked at since I needed the car ASAP since I work and go to school. The car was there for a full day and I never received any confirmation. The following day I call to check on the status. The lady tells me that there is nothing coming up with the information I provided that I should call roadside to make sure it arrived onto the lot. This was terrifying to hear. Shortly after sorting that I call back to tell them it was dropped off and I am told that if it’s there to expect a call shortly. I did receive a call from Cesar and he explained that they were 2 days backed up. No information was relayed and I was confused when he asked me what I wanted looked at. After I confirmed a very pricey inspection fee I waited 3 days to hear back. Within this time I was not able to get in contact with Cesar at all despite a few phone calls and even a text message. My mother tried calling the main office and a rude lady said that only one person can call them regarding a car. Once I got the report the prices were crazy high and the report included things like repairing my breaks and a/c which were unnecessary. Needless to say, after a whole week nothing was done to my car and I lost all of my money for the inspection. The company is super unorganized, overpriced, and inconsiderate. I got frustrated and went to go pick it up and then I was treated horrible. The guy was mad at me saying that I should’ve called and I had to wait a while to get my car. All this has caused me and my family is a huge headache. The service at coral gables is much better and professional. When they tow your car you are given paperwork and you can keep in contact very easily. They even provide a rental car. Unfortunately my car ended up here in the Miami Gardens location because it was closer. I will never come back and will let all my friends with a mercedes to steer clear of this location. They will take forever and rip you off.

Me encantan los Mercedes y tengo el GLE 63 AMG el cual compré en el 2019 de año , ya lo tengo pago y me encantaría poder negociar y cojer el del año pero con esta gente más nunca hago negocio a la hora de venderte , son los más nice , cuando vas los servicios son los peores , tiene una falta de todo con los clientes no los cuidan ni los atienden de la misma forma ya ahí pierden el interés de atenderte bien , aparte de que son súper informales , nadie sabe nada todos dicen algo diferente , yo este lugar no lo recomiendo . Realmente yo voy a cambiar la marca de mi carro simplemente porque si yo tengo para pagar y me van a tratar bien para que les compre también lo tiene que hacer siempre que yo lo necesite en mis servicio y demás , te mandan a llamar a las garantías para que uno resuelva claro porque ellos te las venden pero después uno tiene que llamarlos a resolver los problemas con ellos , no quieren trabajar .
