It seems like this is one of the only IKEA’s for multiple states. It’s a little smaller than most IKEA’s (this one is only on one floor) but it doesn’t seem like it’s missing anything. It’s hard to go to IKEA without spending at least $200, and this one is no different.

Wonderful place, can’t use your phones inside as much, but you can avoid the showroom and go right to shopping. Finding the product online and it will tell you the exact location to find the product. If the product gives a long code, then you will need some help locating it. Some simple products in my option are overpriced but you can find all you need here. Just take your time and enjoy the shopping experience

This place is clean and well organized. We had lots of fun walking through and seeing all the stuff.

Be prepared to spend the afternoon just walking around this place and bring comfy shoes. My wife and I shopped here for furniture for our baby room. Found good not super expensive pieces of furniture. Some items are expensive but look around, you can definitely find something you could use/need. Great store

Nice place but really big and like a maze. Be aware that when you find something you like you'll need to go to the back behind checkout area to pick your order

Wow. This was my first time going to an IKEA. This place is just huge. Of course the selection is extremely vast. There is a set path to follow and shortcuts if you have been there before or if you to skip the section you are in. Even if you weren’t to purchase anything, which we did, walking through and seeing the layout of furniture, in their staged rooms, could be helpful to anyone trying to rearrange their house/apartment. Appearance was very clean, everything was in order and assistance was there if you needed it.

Very fun to visit! You walk around in a maze looking at all different things. Make sure you note with aisle and bin to get the things you want in the warehouse. My son and I had a blast.

Great furniture and furnishing. One is successful and all are the same. This one is no different. Well stocked and cheap in this environment of hyper inflation and supply chain glitches. Now even a delivery and assembly service if you don't like those aspects of the self service. Can't think of one thing that would make it better.

I love IKEA as a chain but this one is awful. There is no baby room, nowhere to breastfeed privately at all. I've never been to an Ikea without a baby/family restroom duo. The family bathroom in the restaurant looks in reviews like it may have been acceptable years ago but it has deteriorated and was not clean enough to take a baby in much less a legit nursing friendly place (it's a small dim dirty bathroom not even big enough to fit larger strollers, with a toilet and toilet paper everywhere and a very, very dirty chair). The restaurant is hidden in the middle of the store hard to get to to begin or end a shopping experience. The shortcut signs are incredibly unclear and there is no store map. This is the Ikea "Hotel California." The food portions are tiny compared to other IKEA bistros and frankly pretty gross and not at all matching the optimistic photos on the website. There was nowhere to put trays because no one had emptied the tray rack. There were almost no employees wandering around in the store to help. The bathrooms were disgusting. It was not that crowded. After waiting in line on the way out to buy cinnamon rolls, the clerk directed us to the kiosk... there were no signs saying you had to order through the kiosk. We just left at that point rather than waiting in line again.

It's the perfect shopping place for a house. We purchase house furniture and home decor from Ikea. So we always find what we are looking for. And they're fun for kids too. There is a play area for the kids so the parents can shop adequately. All over Ikea is a fun place for shopping and getting an idea for a room decoration.

It's what I expected. I was very sad that they didn't have swedish meatballs when we got there. Finally got to go to an IKEA and the hyped up swedish meatballs were not available

Nick in the kitchen cabinet department was an absolute saint to my grandfather yesterday. My grandpa has dementia and a mechanical mind, which means he needs to talk through each detail explicitly and multiple times, and Nick explained everything well, clearly, and multiple times, without being condescending, which even I struggle with sometimes! Ultimately Grandpa got the furniture he wanted and felt like a million bucks while doing it. Thanks Nick!

Did some shopping and had lunch! Nice shopping experience as always at IKEA! The food was not very hot so that is why it’s a 4 star.

I always love to see ikea. It's always fun, and I see something new every time I go. They also have good food, child care, and so many ideas on the showroom floor.

I am very sadden, confused , heartbroken because of how Ikea associates treated my family. When we arrived to the checkout, there were no associates around and had no other option but self-checkout. So we get in line to purchase our items. After a 1 minute two associates came to the front isle to specifically watch my sister, and treated her like she was criminal. It was quite obvious they were there for my family, because when we arrived to line 3 customers already checking out and there was no associate visibly around until we got to the register. I see 2 associate walk up so fast in our direction, and they had a male and female. They greeted all the other customers except for my sister, which was so rude, and then when we finished purchasing our items, they both disappeared (purposely created reasons to "leave"), and there were still other customers at the register. It was uncomfortable, degrading, to have someone "decide" that because they "feel" you look a certain way, they "believe" you might shoplift. This was very aggressive, hostile, to have someone do this to a customer. We have no control over what we look like or what gender or race were were born, and Ikea needs to create a better way to monitor customers without making them feel like they are criminals. I can't even begin to describe the feeling of someone treating you or should I say accusing you before you done anything, and actually you never did anything. We have a small family and are genuinely hard working women, and we try to do things in our life with integrity and honesty. I'd like to personally ask Ikea what made them think they had to have two and then three people watch my sister while she purchased her items. What was the cause for how you treated my sister? Please don't say "suspicious activity" I would like to know specifically what it was for us to be singled out. We literally just wanted to purchase our items , and I'd like to know how we can avoid this type of treatment in the future, because this can wear down on someone's anxiety, and self-esteem if they are treated this way. On another note, we wanted regular check out and not the self-checkout, but regular checkout was not even available, instead of having a male and female employee stand around intimidating us, they could have been at the register checking out customers. This is how you treated us. Thanks IKEA.

Fine IKEA location about 15 minutes outside of Memphis. It wasn’t very crowded on a Saturday night which was nice. Everything was on 1 floor and the layout of the store was a fun museum-like maze to walk though.
