- The cashiers don’t know how to say hi , bye and smile at customers. They were just talking each other cross customs, and laughing. This is the worst manner and customer service at any supermarkets in my life. Don’t go here. They are going to make your feeling down.

- Just bought mochi ice cream , and it is so bad. It was melt down and frozen again, so texture is so bad. They need to fix their freezer please. I have so many times with their ice creams. I won’t buy ice cream here anymore. So terrible

Great Asian supermarket nearby to do quick shopping. Parking are sufficient. One advise to avoid going to IOG Supermarket during kids coming out from school. Many parents double park and kids may cross the street to meet their parent

Good price for food and place. Good cashiers and get coupons from them.You can also try fruits of you want to buy it or not. Only some people have coupons but 6 have it

One of the worst supermarket. I only see quality going down and owner getting greedier. Constantly rude and careless cashier. It happened more than one time that the cashier (possibly owner) change the price of an item during check out. Today , she directly told me an item price is unreasonable cheap; so she raised the price and I have to pay the new price. The price check machine has no meaning in the store. It ready disgusts me.

Manager or owner!! Check your ice cream freezer please. Your pint size( specifically, Hagen daz ) always ice inside. It meant it always melt down and freeze over and over. Check your freezer temperature please. I got ice cream so many times , but it never right. Your management is so bad. Also, all cashiers are super annoying rude. They never respect customers.

Sort of expensive. They try making things look like a "sale" with all the 2 for 5 or 2 for 10, but in all honesty. It's the same price if you go to any other asian market. The real redeeming quality are the vegetable selections, lots of parking, and lots of variety.

It's a chinese supermarket... it imports popular vegetables used in chinese cuisine. It does what it intends to, the prices are same as any other supermarkets, please check your produce purchase as I have seen mold forming in the produce at the bottom, just use good judgement. Packaged items may also be expired, please check. Ingredients on packages do not always match, I can read Chinese and English and the English one definitely omits ingredients, their translator probably couldnt figure it out and left some ingredients out.

Many in Fresh Meadows and surrounding areas will attest to this as the best Chinese supermarket around. Huge free parking lot and their overall selection of meats and veggies is second to none along with all aisles always well stocked.

Rude cashier. I went showed her(the 3rd cashier) bananas I just bought was black inside. She showed me an unhappy face and made me wait at the end of the line. When it was my turn, she weighted the banana to make sure I didn't lie. It was $2.15 worth. She told me to get $2 merchandise. I asked for refund but she said it was only $2 and simply ignored me..
It sounded like $2 was nothing to her. Of course, no apology.
This place lack of sense of customer service. It was a very unpleasant experience.

This supermarket is right where I live and very convenient for especially green grocery but they have everything including a meat and fish and seafood market. It's mainly Asian kinda stuff if you like that. Great supermarket only needs friendlier cashiers and workers.
