Zyara NYC In a transition to add new items on the menu and change the menu to Lava Shawarma.
When we’ve been composing the menu for our restaurant, we’ve decided to put an emphasis on a balanced combination of old and new. So, we’re combining some traditional Middle Eastern dishes with some experimental recipes.

- Arabic chicken shawarma tastes really good and authentic. If you are a fan of Arabic cuisine it’s definitely worth to try!
- Affordable and so delicious!! Like actually, come here. Very scrumptious & pleasurable
- I'm someone who can be easygoing enough to enjoy the mediocre halal cart outside his building twice in the same week. And it's pretty hard to disappoint me when I haven't eaten all day. SO I was incredibly shocked by how disappointed I was by the chicken shawarma here. It was undoubtedly drier and blander than any shawarma I've ever had. I was very hungry, so I also ordered a chicken sandwich. I sincerely think every McChicken I've had in my life was tastier, not to mention other chicken sandwiches that I paid > $3 for. Pretty terrible for $30. The employees were nice though.
- Service is pretty good. Staff serving you are polite and helpful. The food is pretty tasty too. I especially like the rice that they give with their shawarma platters. Would definitely prefer lamb over chicken. Place is a bit on the smaller side though
