8/21/23 came to this store and Kevin helped me out with all my questions. He was very good and his knowledge was superb. It was lil busy that day and he still was able to have patience on me. I can say I recommend this store and Kevin as the representative. I went at 7pm so he might be on a afternoon shift

They took my money, complimented my regular-old self and I left happy.
Pretty much the story of my life with Apple.
I never liked anything overpriced until Steve Jobs got back from India.
Nice employees too, very personable.

I wish they did this store exchanges for products covered under Apple Care.

I chose a not so great day to go as the iPhone, 15 and 15 Pro head launched, but I still had an excellent experience. I was wanting to trade in my old MacBook Pro and buy some new smart home tech, and the people that helped me out offered friendly and fast service.

HORRIBLE experience! OKC does not have any other options but to come to this specific location if you are a local and that is unfortunate. I’m from Dallas a major city and I should have just waited until I went back home to get my left speaker repaired. My laptop was here for 4 days and I ended up paying $131.95 to get my entire MacBook Pro erased and lose my Microsoft Office Suite that I owned, as well as other programs. Now this may seem like a minor issue to some but it is NOT a minor issue when you’re a PhD student working on your dissertation. Now I’m out bet and have to pay a yearly subscription when I had the entire suite for YEARS without having to pay a yearly subscription. The response was “oh well, your advisor said your book would be erased.” I’m like yeah, but I was told everything was backed up into the “cloud” and I’d be able to get EVERYTHING back. IF a person like myself hears this, one would assume, ok cool, my applications, documents, and etc will be able to be redownloaded back. Beyond livid and pissed.

Edit 09/22/23: I called apple support about ordering a product from the store. Apple support said yes, they could place the item in my shopping bag and I could go to the physical store to place the order. I arrive at the store and these idiots say, they can’t place the order for me…that makes no sense…so you mean to tell me that the actual Apple Store itself cannot place an order Oh and then also I tried to buy the Pink 24in iMac desktop (which they have in stock), but told me I couldn’t bc they’re too busy. TF. Sooo you’re not too busy to sell new watches and iPhones but too damn busy to sell a new computer that you have in stock. I hate this location with a passion.

I had a terrible experience with the Penn Square Apple Store. I preordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and when I received it on launch day, it was damaged. When I went to return it, they processed the return, but then I had to order another iPhone 15 Plus in green.

To make matters worse, I live 45 minutes away, and I scheduled a pick-up time for the next day during my lunch break. When I arrived, they claimed they didn't have the order, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced.

The worst part was the treatment I received from an employee named Rachel. She acted like I was a bother to her and was extremely rude on the phone. I had to cancel my order again and ended up going through AT&T to get my phone, which will arrive on Monday. This experience left me thoroughly disappointed with the service at the Penn Square Apple Store.

Avoid this location at all cost. Went in 10/13 at 8pm an hour before closing, just to do a SIMPLE transaction. No activation, no iCloud backup just a simple phone swap since they had the phones I wanted in stock. Arriving to the store the employee checking people in informed me they were extremely backed up and he was unsure of the wait time. He recommended to come back the next day. I informed him that we drove 3 hrs to this location since they had the phones we wanted. He could have cared less and insisted we come back tomorrow. He went on to ask several other questions - basically just making me feel like he didn’t want to help. I told him we need to be seen today. Him with an attitude said fine but there’s no guarantee you will be seen tonight since we close in less than an hour. I said ok. This is the best part a rep came up to me 3minutes later and was able to process this transaction! Literally 3 minutes later. The rep that took care of me was amazing - but the rep who checked me in completely ruined my experience. I was made to feel as an inconvenience - all of this negative energy this rep gave could have easily been avoided if he simply would have lead basic customer service.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. In fact, don’t bother making an appointment. I made a 530 appointment and was still 4th on the list an hour later. Apple workers wandering around, not helping anyone. When I asked, why it was taking so long I got a snotty response, no apology and no good reason it was taking so long. Apple used to hire bright people, i think now they are doing a pulse check.
