Worst experience ever, I waited for over a hour to have my new laptop looked at because it wasn’t powering up ( for no reason it’s brand new) I live on a very tight time schedule, yeah so I waited and waited, so I had to leave for work and my new laptop is still not working, yep I think I’m done with apple!!!

Scheduled a 1:30 appointment, we showed up, they said they sent a text telling me the appointment was changed to 3:30.
Came back at 3:30 and they said they wld send instructions to my phone in 3 hours
