Great products, but overcrowded and noisy. It’s shameful that COSTCO got rid of the retail store on Orange Blossom Trail. They make us believe that we are members, but we were not consulted on the major change. The driving to that location in Millenia is long and uncomfortable due to the traffic.

Discrimination! Costco, you have gone too far!!

Just now, I was held and checked again and again with my Costco card and asked to show my driver license at the cashier point so that I could claim I am myself! What is wrong with you, Costco? ! You and China share the same letter C, so you make your warehouse China in Orlando, USA?

As a member, I love the Costco stores we normally go. It is very thoughtful to have a special hour for seniors and first responders.

We buy a lot of things from Costco. A lot has to do with their return policy, however we rarely return anything. The products are usually of good quality.

Super clean and organized Store a lot of merchandise. But they need more open cashier took me 40 minutes to check out. Sunday is the worst day to go there. only 4 Stars due to waiting time at checkout.

Gabriel from the food court was so rude. No customer service skills at all. I gave back a pizza that they had sitting on top of the oven for 40 min. He punched it into the trash and then would not give me a new one. I canceled my membership tonight.

They have Hibiki! Wish they could have gotten yamazaki. Good selection of liquor, a bit sad they don’t offer yamazaki. Come on! amazing place for bulk grocery shopping. I've personally been there and can attest to its benefits. The store offers a vast selection of products at unbeatable prices. Kirkland Signature products provide both quality and value. While the membership fee is there, the savings easily cover it. The staff is friendly, and who can resist those free samples? The only downside can be the crowds and checkout lines. But overall, if you're looking for cost-effective grocery shopping, Costco is the place to go.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Tanya and Rebecca for their exceptional customer service. There was an issue with my membership account, and I'm unsure if it resulted from a technical error or an oversight during an update at another Costco location. Regardless, my membership was unexpectedly canceled, and I found myself waiting in a lengthy queue before being redirected to customer service.

Despite the busy environment, Tanya exhibited remarkable patience and diligence in resolving the matter. She took the time to investigate what had occurred and even consulted her manager to find a solution. Ultimately, it was determined that the initial payment hadn't processed correctly, leading me to purchase another membership. It remains a mystery how I was able to shop on the day my membership was inadvertently cancelled, but they explained that this issue has affected many online applicants so please be kind if you find yourself in the same situation. It’s not fair to b!tch at the employees over things they have no control over!

I am truly grateful for Tanya's patience and Rebecca's willingness to expedite my checkout process, sparing me from further wait times in line. Their customer service influenced my decision to renew my membership instead of leaving because I was annoyed as hell!

The store was very clean and it had a few displays; there was a Vitamix station and even a free drink in a cup with recipes on it!
I drank the green smoothie. It was delicious! There was also a display with hybrid cookware. There was also a Pac-Man machine, for you gamers out there. The only downside is that it’s really mazy, and large, so it’s hard to get around. BTW, I’m Hans’ daughter, and I’ve been writing some of these reviews. Also, I’m 9.

Great place. Always has been. Such great deals and service.

Always good if they have what you want.
