- Good appointment alerting system so as not to forget to come. Christina and Fiona we’re both professional and focused and worked well together well choreographed. Biopsies were painless, and the freezing went well with only one missed growth to burn where a sliding hand along the skin would have readily felt it, so that area may not have gotten the sliding hand discovery method. It seems all others were observed or felt and subsequently destroyed. High marks for a good job.
