Apple Short Pump Town Center

Did not get what I was looking for but was provided the information necessary to find it. Apple only maintains inventory on current product versions. Very logical.

Chris, at the Genius Bar, was very helpful and patient. I explained my MacBook Pro issue and he knew right away what needed to be done. I came away from the store no longer stressed. The issue was taken care of in about 5 minutes.

Not happy to have to drive 50 minutes 1 way and have to have to make an appointment 2-3 days out every time my earpods stop working. Still under 1 warranty and have had to do this 4 times already. They have helped us but are totally not convenient at all!!! And, if you arrive early, they will not check you in until 10 minutes before your appointment so lots of people are just standing around waiting to be checked in.

I have had better customer service at the DMV! Appointments are made so that you can plan for when you will be ignored and disrespected. There is absolutely No leadership and No accountability whatsoever. The employees treat you like you are stupid and they hate you for needing any kind of assistance. I enjoy the products but they need real leadership to come in there and watch how the customers are treated. When they aren’t being rude and unprofessional, they are playing around and acting like they are just hanging out at the mall with friends and you are an unnecessary distraction.

They showed me one invoice for 2 services so I thought it included both but they charged me twice. Repair wasn’t ready when they said it would be. No way to get help from the store except by going there again (which would be the 5th time in 2 days).

Don't buy their cases. Apple does not stand behind their products. They declined to replace my a few months old apple case after paying $50 and having issues with poor quality.

The store has a ton of people genius bars but they don’t know basic things. I waited for an hour for a trade in that should take 10mins.

This location in the mall was very very busy. The staff are well trained, very professional, helpful and friendly. Explained everything along the way.

Easy in and out,staff talked to me about product the different types.the gentleman was knowledgeable and convincing. I’m extremely satisfied.

Best mall within an hour drive. By far. It’s clean, pleasant, and has a ton of shops.

From high end “f you” money places, to standard Dillards type stores. Bathrooms are clean and well attended. No need to bother with an old school indoor mall if you can get here.

Team member are not helpful for small repair also we need to come back multiple time. I went repairface id people not knowledgeable not will to provide proper work order for work they going to work ask to come multiple time .later at the time of repair again after long ask me wait for 5 days and also suggested to go to another store Virginabeach store. Stupid think in this store if you ask for troubleshoot the device they schedule phone call with customer care Later after 3hr wait schedule appointment in store
