Should pretty much go the way of bed bath and beyond. No inventory. No help. A joke of a retail experience.


I cancelled my account after this last visit. I would not even go here for a phone exchange.


First time shopping at this Best Buy. Was pretty decent. Employees nice and helpful. Check level 1 for parking. Makes it easier if buying big electronics.


Nice store with a good range of products


This used to be one of my favorite stores for everything electronic. Used to be. I don't know if it's the area or if maybe I was dressed wrong. I don't know. But both times I went there, after almost an hour waiting for help, I finally just had to walk out. I saw the workers walking around, so I know they were there, but I just voulfnt get anyone to help me. When I asked them for help, they would pass me off to whoever and told them they would be with me shortly. It's a cool store, and there's a lot of fun stuff, but as for me, I couldn't get anyone to help me buy it. I won't go back there again. I'll maybe try a different location. Maybe. I don't like having to walk out embarrassed like that. Not cool.


Clean store horrible service. If you don't need an interaction, might not be too bad...


Went for computer parts. Not the most diverse selection but convenient.


Came to buy a TV on a Saturday and only spent about 30 minutes from walking through the door to loading it into the car. Quick efficient service and the salesman was kind enough to bring it out to the car for me. Thanks!


Overpriced consumer electronics. Well lit, usually a reasonable selection. I have no idea how they survive when comparing prices to Amazon.


Don't bother. Placed an order, said it would be an hour, two hours later still nothing, phone system won't even let you talk to the store. Phone support was useless and couldn't give me a reason why order wasn't ready yet. Ended up cancelling it and buying at Target who price matches and had my order ready fast.

It's great to have a brick and mortar store to go to with quality products and customer service, and reasonable prices. I had lived rurally for some years and got into the unfortunate habit of buying things from Amazon. It was the only way I could get some things. Then I moved back home to Seattle around the time inflation was peaking with Jeff Bezos jacking up his prices more and more all the time. I'm beyond disgusted with Amazon and am looking forward to no longer paying for Prime and getting unnecessarily ripped off by one of the top wealthiest people in the USA (therefore world).

Best Buy support is horrible. I purchased a four year replacement plan for a printer. It broke after six months. I had it replaced. It's broken again, but now I'm being told that if you replace a product once, it's no longer covered under the plan.

Tech support is horrible. I was hung up on several times. All the agents were in foreign countries and could not pronounce my email.

I will never ever purchase anything from Best Buy again. Their protection plans are fraudulent and their support is horrible.

***WARNING *** I purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer on October 9, 2023 so that the two machines could be stacked up because I live in a condominium. I wanted to buy a GE washer and a Whirlpool dryer. However, the salesperson told me that I could not buy different brands if the appliances would be stacked up because the warranty would not work. The salesperson included in the sale: the appliances, hoses, Amp dryer power cord, dryer vent kit, the haul away of the old appliances, the installation price, and the 5-year warranty. Unfortunately and unwisely, the sales person did not include the stacking kit. Therefore, the delivery crew arrived to install the appliances, but they did not have the stacking kit and could not install the appliances. So, as unacceptable as it was, I just cancelled the order. If everything else was included except the stacking kit and the salesperson knew that the appliances were going to be stacked up, I had no choice just to say thank you, but NO THANK YOU!

I had quite possibly the worst customer service experience in my entire life at this location. The manager here wouldn't let me do my trade-in for my new pixel phone, even though I had my driver's license and my best buy credit card on me. Apparently I needed two forms of photo ID, which he claimed was "state law". I asked him how I would possibly be able to get a second form of photo ID when most people do not have this, and he made up some ridiculous claim that I could go on to a website and just get one, which in my opinion would be almost impossible to do so in the week that I have to pick up my store pickup order before it gets sent back. Not only did I work at Best buy for 2 years only a few years ago, I also was a banker at a major institution. If I'm able to let my clients take out hundreds if not thousands of dollars with just a driver's license and a debit card, why can I not trade in a stupid phone? What's worse, They didn't tell me this until I already reset my first phone. But I had ridden my bike an hour to get to this location and I didn't know the area so I was completely lost without Google maps. So they essentially screwed me and provided no assistance for me to get back home. It took me 3 hours to get home, since I couldn't call or text anybody. The manager was a 19-year-old kid and clearly didn't know what he was doing. and not only cost me $550, but also almost made it that I would get lost and not make it home. If I could give this Best buy a zero out of five stars I would. Oh and by the way, I ended up getting my new phone activated at T-Mobile, and they claim there's no state law about trade-ins requiring two forms of photo ID. The manager here is a liar.

Don’t go to this store. I ordered an iPhone 15 pro. I went in and picked it up. They couldn’t figure out how to activate it, so I figured it out myself. After spending an hour in the store with no help, they have now marked my order as cancelled, which canceled the AppleCare+ I am supposed to receive with my total tech membership. I’ve now spend hours on the phone to no avail. I am unable to go to the store. They won’t allow me to contact them. Extremely disappointed. I will never visit a BestBuy again.

5 stars to Joseph Chuang in the computer department !! I was very impressed with his knowledge of computers and he was honest of what computer would be best for me according to my budget and needs. Great customer service too !! If y’all go to the computer department, look for him !! He deserve a raise :)

First I would like to say , the Electronic Guy Miguel really either needs to be trained or be terminated. So I came in about a week and a half ago. Got a nice TV or so I “thought”, thing is, about 7 days go by, and the tv completely goes dead, I ask my friend and give him all the details and he tells me it’s the backboard of the tv that died. So essentially Miguel knowingly sold me a lemon. Good thing they have a return and exchange policy. Please, whoever is the manager and sees this, have a serious talking with that sales associate, he almost screwed me out of tons of money.

Been a while since I have been to this store and been impressed by the service… but amongst modernity there are some who shine and that someone is Daniel!
