Wow! This Apple Store is an absolute game-changer! Every time I step in, I'm blown away by their vast selection of cutting-edge Apple products. Their customer service? Simply unparalleled. This isn't just a store; it's my ultimate Apple paradise. If you have Apple needs, this is THE place to be!

What has happened to Apple? I understand they were busy but don’t lie. They people there don’t know and give incorrect information just to get rid of you. Don’t even think about being nice about. I was shocked. This store is the worse.

Great use of resources…waited for an hr meanwhile theres a group of staff who would pick and choose who they would help out then proceed to just talk in the front collectively as a group. Whats up with some of the workers and hygiene, I don't mean to be rude but seriously.

My sister had an unpleasant encounter with one of the security guards at this Apple Store. She had just purchased a new iPhone and, unfortunately, needed the store's WiFi to access her train ticket. When she returned to the store, the security guard on duty yelled at her to "get out" without giving her a chance to explain her situation.
Despite her attempts to explain that she had been in the store a few minutes earlier and only needed the WiFi briefly, the security guard continued to shout and make a scene. This unnecessary and aggressive behavior not only embarrassed my sister but also drew unwanted attention from other customers who were laughing at them.
This encounter left a negative impression on my sister, and I hope that the store will take steps to ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly approach in the future.

Always had great service at this location!

I bought an Apple Watch and it broke in the first few weeks due to a defect. They are unable to give me a replacement option due to system limitations. And they can’t be flexible with any solutions. This is when I switch to a Whoop.

Went there to trade in my old iPad. The staff there were extremely helpful.

I want to just say, I respect every single worker here. Everyone’s been so kind and considerate and patient. I’ve seen idiots walk in causing mayhem for no reason at all. Hold yourselves accountable, these guys are just doing their jobs. You people have amazing patience because I would’ve been fired within minutes. well done to all the staff at this store.

Chris, Aaron, and Val were very helpful and took the time to explain things in terms I could understand. I had my iphone backup ready to transfer my data to a new phone, so I was in and out very quickly. Go early if you can, best not to get stuck there while they're super busy.

After the release of the new iPhone, we searched at multiple locations until we found our perfect match at Lincoln Park. The customer service at this location was just outstanding. Bola was very helpful with the whole procedure of purchasing the new phone. The attentiveness of the employees greatly enhanced our experience!

I scheduled an appointment for battery service repair. They told me to come back tomorrow because their technicians were full. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment for service?!
