Apple SoHo

My recent visit to the Apple Store was a lifesaver. I forgot my iPhone passcode and needed it unlocked and updated. The staff was friendly and efficient. The whole process was quick, and I left with a fully functional phone. Thanks, Apple Store, for the prompt and professional service!

It's not too bad. Good location. The store could use some work on the interior. Staff needs to be more inviting.

The only reason I am giving the rating a 5, is because of Ricardo they associated ended up assisting me at the end. He was exquisite, well mannered, knowable, not overbearing. Just made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.

You do not need to see Apple store pics. But what I wanted to highlight is that sales individuals are honest. Wanted to buy an Apple Watch Ultra and read in blogs that the might not work if you have tattoos, which I have. They advised me in fact that it would be better not to buy the article since it may not work. Great example of honesty

Great location, super friendly staff, and a stellar building, layout! The skylight and stairs in the center of this location brighten up the entire store. It is a very busy help desk, so be sure you schedule ahead of time or else you won’t be able to Get your questions answered.

A large 2-storey Apple Store that displays and sells Apple products. While the architecture may not be as magnificent as the Apple Store in Fifth Avenue, the entrance is large enough to accommodate a lot of people without it being uncomfortable.

Super helpful and friendly employees. Had reservation for genius bar which was a little late but the guy who helped us was terrific and really knew his stuff.

Love this store. Helped to fix the issues I had with the devices I brought in to repair. Thanks to the Genius Bar folks. I feel bad that I can't remember my genius name. She was well knowledgeable of everything and took care of everything for us, including another staff member by the name of Jenn. Jenn is Gem. I spent hours in Apple, but it went by so fast as Jenn took care of us during the time my computer was backing up. Very accommodating to my kids. Immaculate service. That store is clean and beautiful. Left paying a big bill, but it's priceless to the service and products we received.

I went to this location for my iPhone repair, thinking it’s in soho and will have good people helping out.
They made me wait 30 mins pst my appointment time, only looked at my phone for a second, didn’t plug it in, no diagnostics and said it can be replaced for $600, nothing else to be done.
What?! Much like a doctors office that will make you wait forever and then see you for 5 mins, this place was just not the one to goto for any repair, they just seemed to want to take ur money for nothing. I wouldn’t return

Apple superbe après ça reste les mêmes produits partout

Atención buena, amable y atenta. Con el cambio te sale algo más barato, pero pierdes parte de la garantía que te ofrece Europa en los productos. Más o menos te queda igual de precio a igualdad de condiciones, ya no es tanto chollo con el cambio actual.

La tienda es hermosa pero el personal :mas ! Me ayudaron en todo ,estaba teniendo un problema con mi telefono y trajeron en 5’ un técnico que me ayudo !

I used to have a great opinion of this store, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment for a MacBook checkup at 8:30 pm, but after arriving there with my laptop i was told that the technician wasn’t available and left at 8 pm. I received no notification from Apple about this change. The manager’s behavior was exceptionally rude, and I received no assistance despite my efforts, including a two-mile walk to get there.

Apple has been dropping the ball lately. They do not respect the appointments they give, then they fail to keep the appointments to return your device. Not a good experience.

Greg, the manager, is one of the nicest people I have come across at an Apple Store. That man deserves a raise!

My favorite store ever, why not? I use iPhone and I'm a fan of iPhone for years. I came to shopping in Soho and always stop by at this Apple location. Staff are good, always keep eyes on you every of your move. Just snap your fingers then they will pop up and ask what you are looking for.

The stuff at the store, often rotate quick every season. Still in late Summer but almost Fall. Lots of goods have been always so I ended up didn't get what I wanted but have to go to another location to get the item.

when an assistant said if I wanna apple care for my new iPhone 15 I said no. I believe that’s my personal choice while this person was like, oh, really, you sure? the other person being oh she is rich she can afford another one and this person being like well I can afford it too but I just wanna make sure where my money goes. I don’t know how many apple products I bought, probs over 10 devices. Sometimes I buy AC when I set up everything at home sometimes I don’t buy AC but no matter what it’s my choice. it’s very inappropriate to educate your customers in your own way and the tone just makes me very uncomfortable

I went there for an exchange. Perin was so great. She patiently showed me the products and options. That made the exchange smoothly. Thank you.

I went in looking to buy a new phone. I walked in, the front person ignored me. I went to the phones and tried getting the attention of three different agents but they ignored me. Finally got the attention of one gentleman who said I needed to be in a queue. Understandable since it’s busy but when I went to front person again they helped someone else when it was my turn to ask to be put in the queue. I left. I worked in retail so I understand being overwhelmed with a lot of customers especially rude ones but being shrugged off was a bit frustrating

The dude who helped my check out of my pre-purchased phone was dope.

I then went over to pick up a case real quick, and of course the one I wanted was on the top shelf. I said “excuse me” to the Apple employee next to me, he looked me in the eye and turned around and started immediately speaking to another woman who chimed in right after. I waited 2 mins while he helped her, and while be then started gossiping in the corner with a coworker I said “excuse me” again. Once again they looked right at me, and went back ignoring me. After aboit 4 mins I decided to just try to get the case down myself. Unsure which size was which - it took 3 tries of me standing on a shelf to reach up to grab a case, all the while these two dudes just watched. Once I finally got the case down and started walking away,the second dude started following me, insisting he could help to check me out despite the fact I was already in line to do so, he was super aggressive and I got the feelings that after ALL that, this man at the audacity to accuse me of trying to steal.

Would rec literally any other branch.

Apple is good but there is no parking place for car.

The Apple Store staff were amazing at this store, especially Patrick! They were there to help me with getting my new phone and setting it up. When I had issues with my carrier, Patrick helped me tremendously and made it his mission to help me get me my phone and set it up. Very grateful to have Patrick helping me and being at this Apple Store!
