I had great service from everyone. I got some terrific insight from a salesman, no line at check out and security helped me load my items. Fantastic experience.

Completely failed to deliver my washer and dryer, they were missing some parts they needed. On the second try, they brought the wrong parts and told me it was my fault for telling them to bring those parts. I don't even know the difference between types of venting, so how could I have told them specifically the wrong type? The delivery people were fine, but the dispatcher had no idea what they were doing.

Best Buy is not what it used to be. It is very disorganized and very few staff to help answer questions. The item I bought was almost 1.5 times most expensive than Amazon. That may explain it.

Every time I step into Best Buy, especially this particular store, it's like I've accidentally switched roles – I'm the one offering customer service, and they're the ones needing assistance! You walk in with a grin, expecting a warm greeting and a "How can I help you today?" But instead, you often find someone just lounging around, giving you a poker face that'd make Phil Ivey envious. If you do manage to ask for help, they come over with a speed that suggests they'd rather be anywhere else, and a smile is apparently out of the question. It's like they're doing the job they hate at Best Buy, and you're the one who forced them into it! What's going on here? No wonder why people rather shop online these days!

I’m sure I’m not the first one who’s had these issues with this location & I hope Best Buy investigates these shenanigans going on at this location: The managers taking care of the returns are probably more defective than the items I’m trying to return. They seem to not like doing their job & feel it’s easier to send you on a wild goose chase all around town. Just to be told they should have done it, they could have done it, and even some things only they could do it because they’re the location I purchased it from. It happened too many times, with too many products in different categories. Do not go to this location!

Matches with its spectacular price as the rooms are very comfy and the Vegas view is enourmous from 33th floor..
Casino section is also a must to give it a try !
