I went looking for a cat tree, unassembled and boxed. I was shown their location and the associate just quickly left. No help with questions, getting a cart, loading, etc. I brought it to the checkout area and tried to place it on a cart myself...everybody just watched me attempt to lift the heavy box myself...another customer came over and offered to help. WOW!

Took my dog for a grooming at this location and it took much longer than the previous time for less work. I was charged for a full haircut and bath, even though it ended up being a trim and not a cut. The face was left undone because my dog moved a lot? The last time I took my dog there, the groomer at least tried to work with my dog, within half the time. I wasn't even given a survey for the groomer like I did the last time, so I had to leave it here. I'd rather take her elsewhere to have my dog ready for grooming with care.

I was there for a grooming service, I was late for 20 mins, it was my bad due to heavy traffic, I tried to call in advance but the call went straight to their headquarter. So I have arrived and they said they can’t take my dog because I was late for 20 mins. Well, No 1, I have called, and No2, why they didn’t even call me to check on me just like other grooming services? So I just left and took my pup to elsewhere. No need to argue with anyone since they don’t really care.
