Had a great experience at my last service center visit here. Luis explained the service issue to me and provided me with a loaner while the work was done on my car. Anthony and John were very helpful with my questions when I went to pickup my car a few days later. Overall a great experience!

Most likely the worst staff and management ever.They hold you for hours before letting you leave and come back often for the same problems.I recently bought a brand-new car that has a major alignment problem.Upon my three visits, the manager responded as follows: "This is a brand-new Model 3 with 700 miles on it.( The alignment is good, but the steering is not straight.) "Currently working with a lemon law attorney , can't wait to return this garbage.Avoid these toy cars and purchase a genuine car instead.

I just got a Tesla a few weeks ago and needed a sensor for my tire.

Amazing experience. Frederico, Leo, and Eric as well as everyone there was so professional and that energy inspired a chill environment. Polite bunch.

Expectations are laid out and ETA for services are reasonable and ahead of time. You can tell these employees know their stuff. Me and another Tesla brother I met in the waiting lobby got to test drive one of their S Models just as a convenience to grab food and such, and not just sit there waiting.

Great experience. I read the reviews for this location. I believe the people who complain about this place has to be reflective and understand how their own behavior may have a distorted effect on how they perceive the employees here.
