We took delivery here almost a year ago, such good memories and good energy here. The brakes developed a slight squeal just before stopping using actual brakes. Was so easy setting up appointment, was able to add videos and pic in description.

This Raleigh location of course you can take delivery, service, peruse the lot, possibly test drive a car. This is not the typical car lot, subdued, functional and concise. It sounds corny but Tesla cars and it’s tech reminds me of how iphone changed the industry and won over customer. Brakes repaired, no surprises and near concierge quality.

Didn’t get the news I wanted to hear, but the service and staff(Chase and Chris). They did an awesome job keeping me informed, and providing the best repair possible that fit my circumstances. Hands down best experience possible, your help was great appreciated

I must say I was a little apprehensive about purchasing the Model 3 without test driving the actual car I was buying. Salesman made it clear this is just the way Tesla does it, so take it or leave it. Glad I made the decision to pull the trigger and go with Tesla. Pickup day was pretty stress-free. My customer service person, Wes, was really patient and the perfect person to meet buyers. He took his time, gave me ample opportunity to look the car over inside and out and did not ask for approval/acceptance until I was satisfied the car was good. I've had the car for a little over a month and I absolutely love driving it. Every day is a little discovery of new features I didn't know about. Within the first 10 days I noticed a small paint flaw and a small "rust" spot and requested service to correct. That appointment was yesterday. I was on time and so was Tesla. Shawn(?), my paint specialist buffed out the spot and I was in and out within 1 hour as promised. He did a great job! No charge. Laura, who manages service, was a delight to work with and made sure I was totally satisfied before leaving. She even gave me a $100 Uber credit to go grab lunch while I waited, which wasn't even needed. She's such an asset to this location. I don't know about others, but from start to finish it's been a great car buying experience for me. Thanks, Raleigh Tesla!

We were helped by Debbie on both occasions test driving and later purchasing our new Tesla Model Y. She provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful with all of our questions and concerns. 10/10 recommend could not have had a better experience.

Really got nervous after reading reviews online but we showed up right at pickup time. Had no issues. Wes was great to work with. Highly recommended

Just a stress-free car buying experience. Never felt any pressure from the reps - they asked simple questions about the model I wanted and how I wanted to pay, and that's it.

Taking delivery was also a breeze. They had some models on-site so I got my Model Y Long Range in just a few days. Took less than 15 minutes to sign the papers and get my keys set up, and then drove off the lot.

This place is often packed so be prepared to be patient - aim to stop in on a week day in the early afternoon if you want more time with a rep.

Took car to Tesla to replace the weather Stripping and the original estimate was $750. They kept my car for almost 2 weeks. Continued to change the estimate cost and completion time. Final cost ended up being over $2000. They did bring it down to $1600 after we said how crazy this process has been. This was not a good experience. Just know if you need something fixed, be prepared to spend alot of money.

My experience was ok. I had an appointment for 10:30am. They finally started work on my car around 4:00 p.m. and it took them till 6:00 p.m. to finish (nearly an 8 hour day). I get they were, but I saw people come and go every hour or two, I got no updates via the app or in person. At least there were no unexpected charges or fees. I'll purchase the fast pass next time.

Exceptional experience! While I typically don't leave reviews, our recent car-buying experience was so positive that I felt compelled to share. My husband and I inquired about a new car, and Antonio and Billy, our salespeople, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their knowledge and expertise were remarkable, addressing all our questions and concerns. If you're in the market, make sure to look for Antonio or Billy—they will undoubtedly make your car-buying journey incredible

Took delivery of the model y. I was worried about it because of all the negative reviews. My pickup went seamless. Took 20-25 minutes and I was on my way. I guess it would depend on the day? Not sure. Thankfully I had no issues.

Robbed me of my deposit and will not call back, despite my courteous and polite voicemails. I placed a deposit on a new vehicle, and ultimately decided to purchase another vehicle due to time restraints. While a refund can be initiated online, my banking information has changed and my only option is to speak directly to a sales member. The sales team will not take my call, their mailbox has recently become full and will not accept new messages, and messages that managed to land have not been returned. This will lead to a lawsuit in the new year as my money still belongs to me but they are gaining interest on it unlawfully (at this point).

Keeps changing the estimated time to pick up close to actual time of pick up with absolutely no correspondence, no one replies through the service app and getting them through call is almost impossible. No professionalism and communication making it worst possible service experience.

The Store Manager Mike was super helpful in resolving an unexpected logistics and customer service matter that almost interfered with my friend purchasing a new Model Y.

They never answer the phone. They never call back. Now their voice-mail box is full. I bought a Tesla Model S in November and the backseat screen wasn't working. It's mid December now. Don't buy a Tesla.

I recently embarked on what I hoped would be an exciting journey with Tesla's Model Y, only to find myself mired in frustration and disappointment. My car, scheduled for delivery at 10 AM on December 6, arrived an hour and a half late, setting a less-than-ideal tone from the start.
However, the real nightmare unfolded when, after driving a mere 10 miles, I discovered a persistent pull towards the right side of the road. The Tesla service team at the Raleigh location initially diagnosed and claimed to fix a right-side alignment issue. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, leading to a series of attempted solutions, including swapping front tires, all to no avail.
The proposed solution from the General Manager/TL was baffling and raised serious safety concerns. I was advised to drive the car for a hundred miles, with the assurance that the issue would magically vanish. This not only seemed impractical but also compromised my safety—a notion that should be unthinkable with a brand-new vehicle.
My trust in Tesla, coupled with the anticipation of a seamless transition from my previous car (a Ford Mustang GT), has been shattered. Spending an entire day at the service center without a clear explanation or resolution is disheartening. A brand like Tesla should not subject its customers to the inconvenience of driving a defective vehicle for testing purposes.
As if the ordeal wasn't enough, I made a car payment of $4500, incurring interest charges at 7.14% from TD Bank. This financial burden, combined with the time wasted on a defective purchase, has left me questioning the accuracy and integrity of the entire transaction.
In conclusion, my experience with Tesla's Model Y has been far from the seamless and customer-centric process I expected. As a loyal admirer of the brand, I find myself contemplating whether to take possession of the car at all. Tesla needs to address these issues promptly to salvage its reputation and retain the trust of its customer base.

One star for TL: Tito who was able to find a solution indeed and handling to towards customer was only positive point over here.
