I get so frustrated with Sage Dental sometimes, both at this location and my previous one. There are some great staff members who are friendly, answer questions, and show good care. But when I make an appointment there’s almost always an issue with scheduling or part of my care.

I feel like there’s a constant rotation of hygienists and doctors, so the lack of consistency is concerning when they’re recommending a treatment that’s not covered by my dental insurance. I don’t feel comfortable making that level of investment given the circumstances. Some of that may just be the nature of a chain dental company, but I do wish I had more confidence in their level of care so that I can be preventative and keep a great smile for longer.

So overall, it’s a “you could do worse, but you could also do better” type of recommendation from me.

They treat you like a number. You never see the doctor. I’m use to going to a dentist that the doctor would come every time I get a cleaning to check my mouth. Also, now you have to pay before the service. I asked the lady who charges you regarding this new process. She said that it always been like that. And that was never the case. I would always pay after. I knew she was lying. Even the dental assistant told me that’s a new process. If you’re looking for a dentist go to a family local own dentistry. Not these franchises because they don’t care and lie to you in your face. I gave 3 stars for the dental assistant because I like her and she’s genuine.

The Doctors and dental professionals are outstanding. The office staff has improved alot, too. Their discount subscription is actually worth it, in my opinion.

One suggestion, open the office 15 minutes before the next appointment time. For example during your lunch closing open back up at 1:45pm. Lots of people tend to show up early and congrat at the front door, inevitably commiserating. Not a good look.
