I’m shocked by the negative reviews. I test drove a car here, and had a great experience! They even let me test drive one again, which accumulated an hour of test driving!

Very nice staff and also helpful. When it comes to purchasing, that has not happened yet. Therefore, I can’t give any experience on that yet. Will update the review if/when that happens

I used they’re website to place am order, be careful when click order because they do not disclose the terms and conditions before you make the initial order payment of $756.47 they tell you later after they make the charge they email you the terms and conditions of your purchase, for any reason you cancel its non refundable, in my case it was 30 seconds after I clicked order I realized it was the wrong model Y and delivery address was incorrect so I tried to change the order, it was not easy to change or modify the order so I decided to cancel and try to get in touch with customer service, man even if it was one second after you clicked order that cancellation made my $756.47 go bye bye, now I have to inquire with my card company to dispute this charge
