- Tesla does not sell cars, they sell an ever expanding automotive platform that is constantly evolving with over the air updates. I scheduled a test drive and could not have been more impressed by everything that Tesla has to offer. The sales team is not pushy and is only interested in educating their customers.
After the test drive, I visited the Tesla web site where I was able to configure the car I wanted exactly to my needs. There is an option to search for local inventory but in my case, I had to order a new car due to the combination of options I sepcified. After the order was placed, Tesla was very quick about assigning a Vin and promised a delievery date of only 2 weeks. The entire transaction is handled over the web site including tradein offers, registration, paying for the car, reviewing documents and taking delivery. I was very impressed with the overall experience and im looking forward to receving my vehicle.
- Pretty helpful staff. They let me take thr car for a day to get a feel for it. Easy process, easy to find inside the mall. Price of the cars have dropped, great timr to buy now.
