Alacati Mediterranean Restaurant hallandale beach

A very authentic Turkish restaurant on Hallandale of all places!
Only the second restaurant in S. Florida I know that has pide - the Turkish flat breads - here served with just cheese or veggie or Turkish pastrami and are really good. The fresh grilled whole Dorado ( sea bream) was excellent. The grilled octopus appetizer was large and very well done. The grilled lamb chops were very good with a deep charcoal grill flavor. The Martini was classic, no complaints.
Chapultepec Mexican Bar & Restaurant hallandale beach fl

- So growing up Asian in a diverse big city and having lived in South Florida before, I knew I needed to temper my expectations. Cilantro is an Asian Bistro, so there isn't really one region specialty. The decor could have been for any other style restaurant, too. The server was pleasant and attentive. The menu is extensive. It's a generally good asian food place. I had the red curry with chicken. It was generously sized and the chicken was tender. The Garlic Tofu- steamed. The dish was generously sized, more than enough for one person, and correctly seasoned. It tasted good- as expected. For rice snobs- their Jasmine rice and brown rice was good. We'd go again, because it satisfies when you've got an Asian food craving.
Doggi's Arepa Bar hallandale beach fl
Established in 2012 in the heart of Kendall by Chef Carlos Brescia and partners Jose Antonio Combina, Fiorella Terrazas, Dr. Limon was creatively designed from scratch to go with the theme of a Medical institution.
The creative theme, from the plates to the servers jackets, were all designed and created to go with one another in an all around real world theme. From the presentation of the plates to the logistics of handling a hot and cold kitchen, Chefs Carlos Brescia are known for the dedication and one-of-a-kind taste that you will experience with every plate as you indulge into your own delightful pleasure bite after bite.
- I ordered “Pescado al lo Macho”. I did not expect the awesomeness. But wasn’t I spectacularly surprised? Creamy sour and salty enough to please my taste buds. I tell you this much. I tried a lot of seafood dishes. But this one take the first place buy far.
Could tell the waiter was not working there for a long time (hence the 4 stars) for service. Nevertheless everything else 5 stars only because 5 is the maximum I could select
Eddie Hill's Restaurant Hallandale Beach
Thai restaurant
If you're not familiar with Hallandale genealogy, you wouldn't know that Eddie Hills and Sushi Thai Restaurant isn't named after the resident sushi master. And you sure wouldn't know that the soothing Asian interior of beautiful intricate woodworking is the refined replacement for the austere atmosphere where locals once gathered for two-over-easy or a BLT on toasted white bread.
It's the metamorphosis of the former American-style diner, Eddie Hills, a Hallandale landmark operated under the same family ownership since 1949. The transition began in 1999 with a sale to new owners, Mr. Sarasern Mongkolsindhu, a Thailand native who's welknown for his expertise in Asian food specialities. After an eye-opening refurbishing and vast menu changes, with a courteous tip of the hat to the former diner concept, Eddie Hills and Sushi Thai is fast becoming a contender in the great South Florida sushi race.
Revamping the menu involved blending homestyle American fare with Thai and Japanese food. Of the 140-plus items on the 13-page menu, most lean toward the Asian flavor. With the food of three cultures to choose from and a vast menu, it's hard not to find something you'll like at Eddie Hills.

Flanigan’s is a laidback family-run restaurant anchored by a commitment to exceptional food and drink, warm hospitality, great value, and good fun. A beloved South Florida institution since 1959, the Flanigan’s name is pretty much synonymous with good times. Flanigan’s welcomes guests from near and far every day of the year, serving continuously from lunch to late night.
The founding vision of Joe “Big Daddy” Flanigan – a come one, come all, home-away-from-home for friends old and new – is alive and well today. Over the years, Flanigan’s evolved from popular Big Daddy’s lounges and liquor stores into a group of over 20 restaurants. An appreciation for shared meals with family and friends is at the heart of the Flanigan’s experience.
Flanigan’s is very much a local neighborhood spot, and we exist to serve each community in which we make our home. The design of our bars and restaurants is all about the island vibes and saltwater adventures that reflect our deep South Florida roots. Our walls are lined with memories of family and friends playing in their natural nautical element – fishing, diving, beaching, and boating.

Juicy Seafood Hallandale Beach
- Food was good and tasty. Great lunch specials.
The bartender has a little attitude. I asked her for a lime and chimichurri when she dropped off the food, i never got them…
Marash Turkish Cuisine hallandale
It all began with a small food market and winery in 1930’s Cuba. This storefront was the meeting place for locals to visit, and catch up on the latest news. With the rise of Castro’s Cuba in 1968, Diosdado Padrino sent his wife, Candida Rosa and two children to the United States.
This was a milestone year for the Padrino family as they opened their first restaurant in Hialeah. The same recipes that Rosa cooked in Cuba were now being enjoyed by many immigrant cubans in Miami. Seeing the opportunity to bring the tastes of Cuba to everyone, they moved to a larger restaurant in Broward County. Padrino’s Hallandale Beach opened its doors in 1981.
The tradition was passed on to their son, Mario. With the desire to share these authentic Cuban recipes to an even larger market, Mario and his wife Nayade opened restaurants in Plantation in 1992, Boca Raton in 1996 and Orlando in 2008.
Within the last few years the third generation of Padrino’s have come on board: Laura, Mario and Eduardo. Together they have opened their new locations in Fort Lauderdale, 2017, Dania Beach, 2019, remodeled their Boca Raton location in 2020 and coming soon the new Plantation location set to open at the end of 2022.
